  3. I was pulled over monday about noon. Was driving thru tecopa in a group of about 6-7 vehicles, INYO county sheriff busts a u-turn and follows us a ways. He goes around the super duty behind me and ends up pulling me over for not seeing any sign of registration on the trailer. The plate broke off the previous week, which it actually did and the trailer still had the top half of the plate on hit. Luckily for me, the guy was cool, showed him the registration and checked vin numbers, bullshitted a bit then sent me on my way. Never hassled me about anything else, guess i was one of the lucky ones
  4. The regatta was amazing. Everything from the pile ups in the turns (pete - still can't get the image of yours out of my head) to the soon to come "I am associated with Travis" shirts (look what 10 foot t*ts turned into ) Each year it keeps getting better and better. Thanks Pete for all your efforts and everyone else who helped. Also a shout out to the Glamis Crew for making the trip. Can't wait to see the pictures. :atc:

  9. took some last night and will get em up later tonight.
  10. Well got in the garage tonight and tore my little guy down. Axle bearings were shot and never had brakes at the 1st regatta. Axle bearings came out surprisingly easy (well i did use a piece of chromoly and a hammer to get them out) and found that i lost the bolts that hold the brake lever on the frame. So got the new bearings in and axle back in and the brakes working perfectly (put new brake shoes on while i was in there). Now just to decide what motor is going in it for this year........

the seat pan off the orange one is brand new...
  12. Skat trak haulers on 8" wheels only way to go if you dont have a problem using body weight and throttle to get it to corner tightly...Highest traction and lightest set up...Stay away from 10's if you like hitting the whoops 5th gear so you dont flat spot the rims, plus 8's are lighter
  13. As he said, the mounts is the difference. The camera we have is the HD version It records footage in the following resolutions: 1080p = 1920x1080 pixels (16:9), 30 fps, 15 Mbit/s data rate 960p = 1280x960 pixels (4:3), 30 fps, 12 Mbit/s data rate 720p = 1280x720 pixels (16:9), 60 fps, 15 Mbit/s data rate 720p = 1280x720 pixels (16:9), 30 fps, 8 Mbit/s data rate WVGA = 848x480 pixels (16:9), 60 fps, 8 Mbit/s data rate

  16. The 125 works fine in a factory chassis. I have had three 125cc motors in mine, they just barely rub the front fender. As far as the pull start conversion it gets a lil tricky but do able. I can get you pictures on the fit for a 125 to the front fender if needed. If you need help with the lifan just let me know, happy to help
  17. Yeah very true. I think I spilled a little too much last event bucause of that damn clutch, my buddys 110 hauls too. I am going to ordered my new motor soon and get my overhaul going prob after the first of the year. Nothing like waiting til the last minute.
  18. just put that 125 in there already and let the fun really begin
