    Because their Federal BLM rangers are the ones who enforce these rules and write us tickets. They have lots of other rules on their website that are also California laws. Why leave out a new and important one like this? I'm just trying to stay educated and keep people informed.

    The biggest concern is the aftermarket back seats. That bill only postponed the ruling until July 2013...so what came of that part? I looked up AB 1266 and it has nothing to do with offroad. It's some same sex pupil rights crap. ? Lol According to AB 1595, there was no grandfathering and the seats are illegal. So we're still in need of something current to confirm this.

    Anyone have an update from my last post? So now that we all know helmets are now required in side x sides and that rule is now enforced at Dumont, what about the other parts of the new 1595 law? Like passenger's feet must be flat on the floor and the aftermarket back seats/ non-manufacture locations?

    It's because there is no pressure. It's a vacuum. The fuel system when running is normally pulling 3-5" of vacuum. There is no lift pump on these trucks.

    That seems a bit steep. I paid not much more for my turbo Honda/ Mendeola long travel Tech 3 sandcar. lol I looked into it and that sounds inaccurate.

    I saw some "illegal" looking dudes towing a car on a flatbed trailer pulling a car hauler with a car on it that was somehow hitched to the flatbed trailer. They were on the side of the highway with 2 Henderson PD cars behind them.
