YOU BETTER BELIEVE US, BETTER TRUST US............ I LOVE early 80's punk rock!!! black flag was the shiat with henry rollins

echo that. enforcement is the key. There SHOULD be laws against stupidity, and not possessing common sense, but then half the population would be in jail

Considering the new 2008 Super Duty Ford trucks?:
Richard Cheese replied to Duneraider's topic in Truck, Jeep, & Car talk
as an american, that is too effen bad that one of the best motor companies in the US cannot get it's chit together, and LOVES to stick it to their customers. from a chevy owners pov............. -

here is my take on the 20+ inch rims for maximum bling, they are a must for off-roading, towing a trailer in the sand, and needing to air down, they SUCK :chev_bowtie: here is why 20 inch rims with 40 inch tires only gives you around a 10 in sidewall. if you have to air down in the sand, or off-road, the sidewalls of those tires have to be extra stiff for the bigger rims, and don't flex very well. when aired down, they don't give too much of a bigger footprint on the sand for floatation, and just create more problems, like needing a tow truck

I sure hope you get some good news from the dealership today

and spend more money on their rhino than they would have if they bought a sandcar couldn't have said it better myself

nice rig can you tell the difference between the pre 07's and the 07's power wise?

just hook up a lawn mower, shrub grabber, and a sprayer to your sammi!!!!!

as far as the samauri's. I didn't even consider one when deciding on what sxs to purchase. it was an afterthought. I only have like 10 ft of space in my hauler, with my ranger BARELY able to clear the rear bunk. I don't think a sammy would have fit. they are a viable alternative....street legal, plenty of aftermarket support. they run real nice in the dunes

here is my take on the rhino and the fuel injection issue...... Rhinos are selling like hotcakes, states like AZ cannot keep them on the showroom floor. Dealers there charge WAY more than msrp, because they can. Also, Yamaha has a quantity of the 660 motor that they need to deplete first all of this, and the class action lawsuit against yamaha regarding rollovers. the decision in that case could change the landscape of the utv market. my feelings are that NOTHING will be done to the rhino from the factory, except maybe new color offerings, and other things that do not effect performance, until the decision in the lawsuit is handed down. :mic: ON to the RZR. there was a RZR in bakersfield two weekends ago at the local polaris dealership. my friend and his brother (both over 6' 2" and more than 270) both claimed that they sat in it, and although narrower than the ranger, with only two seats, was more than plenty of room inside. The seating is lower, as well as the cage, so no toy hauler issues as far as loading, unloading, as long as you don't have less than 6 ft of clearance in the back. yeah, the looks of it suck, but with what it can do performance wise, I'll be discretionary about aesthetics

remember to disconnect your sway control AND weight distribution bars BEFORE going off-road, even on the dirt road into dumont. I have seen the weight dist. bars BEND a zieman chassis in the front going off-road before

my chevy is my first diesel as well. I bought it Nov of 2005. At that time, all I had to compare it to was a toyota tacoma, and my wife's tahoe z71. many of my friends had the new 6.0 *(sick) liter, and had many problems with them. I noticed that the dodge 5.9 had been out for awhile, and the duramax, even though there were injector issues from 01-03, it seemed like the new bosch injectors took care of that problem mid-late 03. that is what I based my decision on. I sat in, and drove a dodge, and ergonomically compared to the chevy, I didn't like it. i f drive anything daily, I have to be comfortable in it, ya know?? sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your ford.

[] I never said it goes directly to Dumont. sorry about the misquote there. I know it goes into a fund, and is spent the way board sees fit. which brings me to my next point. the board has an opening, which, the ASA is hoping to get a pro off-roader in there to balance to board out. I guess it has been lop-sided for a few years, with the greenies ramming the agenda down our throats. board member quits

whatever, so nice to tell me to shut the effe up. I have seen some pretty sick opinions on this site, and NEVER told anyone to shut the effe up. WOW, if this is what it is coming to, then effe it. if you guys think there is something wrong with my initial post, I don't see it. why don't you point it out to me, rather than tell me to get my facts straight. maybe you've never made a mistake in your life, like I have, so help me correct it, instead of telling me to shut the effe up

hey kettle, this is pot, your black. whatever, but telling me to get off my high chair??? wtf is that??? maybe you should have thought about that in someone elses point of view. how can you insinuate that I think i am above anyone?? I merely posted a link to CA reps and senators, with a pre-formed letter. as I said, do the research on the green sticker program fees, and how they have been pilfered before calling me out....i suppose you want me to do your homework for you too?? just like you, I have a highly demanding job. I also partake in off roading, and I have a family to boot. but to tell me i should attend a meeting to understand how the funds are spent is like preaching to the choir. I see first hand how the green sticker money is spent.......just for an example green sticker money pilfering I am not just banging the drum about allocated funds for Dumont, but the ENTIRE program. Dumont is but one riding area of probably more than 50 designated areas. my post wasn't just to complain about dumont. I personally don't see why ANYONE would think it is out of line to contact your elected officials for fees you, oh sorry I pay to wonder where they are being spent. and you bust my ballz for that???
-
posted by dinicolady I think you need to get off of your high chair and go to the TRT meeting and see where your money is going before you start steiring everbody up. you mean like how you attended a meeting, Pete? real easy to BAG on someone online isn't it people If you remember, i live in Bakersfield, and have my hands full with what is going on at pismo beach, another giant gov't clusterf#$% of disappearing money from OHV funds from green stickers. Don't you think I would attend a meeting if I could? I don't have the convenience of only living 2 hours away from the meeting, like you do. I CHOOSE to get involved any way I can, which was post that information. Maybe if you researched before you complain about what I do, you would have seen that green sticker money in Ca has actually gone to close riding areas down? What better way to complain about taxation without representation that to get ahold of your elected officals? you got a better way? you have no idea what goes on in the Ca green sticker program, because you don't live here, pay taxes here and follow the money If you have nothing better to do than bash a fellow duner, who has the same principals and wants regarding dumont, or any riding area for that matter at heart well then

i think you made the right decision on the 7.3.....freekin bulletproof. why ford ventured away from that motor........
