I don,t think that you half to have the deepest pockets. Just a well tuned car if the motor is tuned and so is the suspension than i think the car will do were good and hold its own. As aposed to a car that has all the power and no suspenion and no driver . the driver is most of the equasion in my opion.

I have been told it is hard to go past that point at 170 my friend mike ryan has the record in a semi truck at the flats and picks peak

I would agree to that^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ . But to say you have a top car in the dunes you would have to go up against all the cars out there in all the differnt classes and doing all the thing that are there to do. 1 hill shoot 2 run threw the dunes as fast as you can with all types of cars 3 putt around (go threw the wash and out in the dirt must go both ways sand and dirt ) 4 walk up a hill about half way stop and than stand on your car as hard as you can and see if it goes or just shat it shelf I don,t think you can put a number to your car as a to car like this. some cars are fast as hell and some dune better than most not all cars are set up the same and to do the same things. so to put a # to your car than mine must be #3 in the broke class as to date I have only got it to stay toghter for a day and a half.

so how fast do you have to be to have a top 10 car at the dunes. how do you now you have a top 10 car if you have not raced all the cars that go to mother D on different weekends. now I know hp to weight ratio on halloween there was a red car out there that was spoting most car 3 or 4 car and kicking the shat out of them I also seen a subie kickin the shat out of most any car that lined up with him.

I use my drink as the basies of the tip and I tell the server as much if the class is empty for more than a minit the tip goes down each time it is empty this way they now what they are working for.

Bob I was on my way to the meet and greet when I broke the spiders at comp saterday at 1:15 and did not get there witch made the wife mad that we had nothing else to ride so now we are looking for a golf cart or somthing like that. Rhonda Hill rings a bell with us. I would not buy a holly 950 again nor would I say they are good.The guys at westec did all they could do to it and the nozles are to small for the 4.3 that we have and it was the one that was recamended buy the tces at holly so if we do anything more to it we have to steep up the nozels. the car ran the best it has ever run. It cost Dave 45,000 for the halloween weekend. 1. $600 dyno 2. $450 new paddles 3. $3200 new trans 4. one new Dodge Truck

Thats what I thought I have seen some power put to a 9in and they take it all day long.just bought a Detroit truetrac differential with worm gears and limited slip and a moser aluminum case to lighten it up a little and to make it stronger hopfuly . The next time we go I won't break

this was the best weekend we had in a long time. 1. got stuck 2. car held together longer than 15 min 3. we had kid trick or treat us 4. did some great rides threw the dunes 5. made so new friends 6. got to see some bad azz cars 7. and a whole lot more that I can't think of.

also watched a 450 pull on a chevy that was hooked to a big pusher and it had wheel hop real bad

should be ready for the weekend before tday at the big D

ordered the parts and should be back together by sunday. missed the meet and great was the worst
