  2. We have 6 campers and were staying in the meadows. My kids are a little older but we might have some younger kids with us.If we do we may drop by with the kids or just stop in to say hi. If your out by the meadows just look for the big DDR sticker n the back of my toyhauler. See ya there
  3. Try Nevada Off Road Buggy I bought my belts for my rail from there 702-871-4911 :ahhhhh:
  4. Our last trip for Dumont was clean up weekend time for Coral Pink and Havasu :ahhhhh: Easter at Coral Pink
  5. Staying in the meadows is like going to Dumont no bathroom or water or trees but its alot closer to the good riding and its free. I also like being able to go on a night ride if you want to.
  6. Great coverage thanks Vicki and thanks for using my son Dillon in the interview he hasn't seen it yet he's gonna be stoked.
  7. I don't know if there is any truth to this or not but here it goes. Wy buddy bought a LT car from Wicked and put a turbo honda/acura in it . He was told by Wicked that yes the 3.5 put out more power but has more problems than the 3.2 .I think he said problems with rocker arms on the 3.5 .Just something you may want to check into before buying. That 3.2 with a turbo hauls major azz it smokes V8 cars all day and the balance in the car with the lighter engine is great.Hope that helps in decision.
  8. Sorry Kenny I couldn't resist , just jokin with ya.
  9. I was sad to see the old car go but the new car is bad azz congrats Joe. Hey does thst mini van come with a caution baby on board sign or is that only when Kennys in the car>
  10. Pete give me a call before you go to DKRV I know the service manager there.
  11. I would personally go with the power at lower rpm. For me I always look for long lasting power and torque I like to dune not hill shoot. Looks like from the nubers your going to have to keep the revs up for all the power for # 1 and #2 would be power at any rpm.
  12. I say put the Bud Light graphics on it and on the wing put PONY KEG!

    THIRSTY?

Nice looking car love the paint job. All I can say is I hope its not sitting by the fire late at night when all the beer runs out it might look mighty tasty.
  14. Congrats Woody good to see another DDr member on the board
  15. Thanks for the info Dani. Now my kids are older camping in the meadows works alot better for us when doing alot of riding in and out of camp. Plus our group has been known to be up late and be a little loud at times. If the kids were still little I would still stay in campground its a lot nicer and more fun for the kids when not riding.
  16. I don't see anywhere in that law that has to do with seat belts for children only about riding off road veh looks like more to do with quads or motorcycle. Is there a seat belt law that can be enforced for off road use.
  17. I agree the driver of any veh side x side or sandrail is responsable to make sure all passengers are seat belted in and or riding in veh safely and ticketing responsable parties is a good idea.
  18. Im probably opening a big can of worms with this. You can implement all the laws you want to and enforce them to the max which will help only a little with your average person . You forget the parent that is leaving thier kids in unbuckled or in back without a seat belt is the same parent that doesn't watch their young kids riding on quads and the same parnet showing a bad example to their kids leaving all the trash we just picked up. The same parent leaving their kids at home alone. These people are the few that ruin all the fun for the people who do care and take care of thier own family and have respect for others and the law. None of us can change those people no matter how bad you want to punch them in the head. Just my 2 cents.
  19. First few times out we stayed in the campground was fun for kids when younger could play in the trees . The only bad things about the campground are the 9:00 quiet time no generators or running bikes or buggies after 9:00 so if its hot no generator no a/c.The other bad part is you have to ride on pavement to get to dunes and tears up paddles. We now stay in the meadows you can ride all night and can run generator and no pavement.
  20. P.S. can you keep that herd of wild cats away from my mouth after I pass out the tast of cat fur and cat sh*t the next day is horrible. :chev_bowtie: :mc_smiley:
  21. Thank you vicki and terry and everyone else that put in so much to make the clean up happen. Against very big hurdles you pulled off a great event everything went very smooth with the heat and the size of the group. It felt really good to give something back to Dumont a small payment for the amount of fun we have there. Agian THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting all your time into this. :chev_bowtie:
  22. Pete your right pictures don't due the car justice. They did a great job the car is beautiful. :chev_bowtie:
