  3. Just got back from a trip to Oregon. We hit the dunes a couple of times and found this cool jump. Not super crazy, but crazy enough for us. It was at least 15 feet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0x3kgfWb-Z0

The curved light bar spreads the light out allowing better vision and better use of the Insanely bright 50" light bar. Price is $625 (for DDR Members) plus install if needed. 5. i'm guessing there is a random added 1 in there. nothing like a nice cozy ride with 5 of your best buds.
  6. I'm glad is sold otherwise I was going to have to buy it. That is a nice trailer.

  8. Steve, that would be sweet if you made it to Coral. Paul, we will have a few witnesses that she will be there. IF she goes through with it. so far she is talking about before I do. I had to save to pay the actress for a long Holiday weekend.
  9. YES!!!! she will need to warned about Charlie for sure.
  10. having only been to Coral a few times. the closures didn't really bother me that much. Other than the area not being marked off fully, going down a trail, then coming up to the backside of a sign. I don't agree with the closures, but riding in the closed area isn't the answer for me. The one way trail is still open, Pictograph trail still open, Dunes are still pretty much the same to me. We plan on taking Dirt tires for the 4th and checking out some of the other trails also. I love the dunes, but the trails should be fun. I very interested to see how my wife likes that, as she doesn't like the dunes.
  11. Coral Pink in the Meadows. My wife is even coming.
  12. I have been wondering this also. The Regen crap on this truck sucks. it does it about every 80 miles when i'm just driving to work and back, so that's once a week. I'd like to delete the DEF, and EGR, but with just 3k on the truck i'd like to break it in a little more first. I'll give them the exhaust doesn't smell like a diesel, but the Regen cycle and extra fuel for this sh*tty system really ruins these new trucks.
  13. Maybe they can make the plaque in the shape of Sand National. That would be cool. with him in there driving it.
  14. I am thinking something metal. I once thought it might be cool to have the B. COE things to know about the dunes, maybe on DDR. The basic things that people should know when the go out to the dunes for the first time. Since Bert taught so many people, and it's B. COE, kinda like "be Cool" Don't know, maybe it's stupid, but i'm tryin' here... lol The random things that pop into mind you know.
  15. I think we will be trying to do it all at once. Mike and I should be car pooling, so we could always swap drivers. I'm so ready to go, I wanted to go with you Terry.
  16. That's awesome the car ran great for you. Long trip to get there. We are planning on going up at the end of August for the RZR meet, and I guess there is a YFZ meet up also. Hoping we will find some smooth dunes still, but I can't wait.
  17. just watch the first 15 seconds of this video, it's from the June trip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9r4nTyGT5gY
  18. lots of great photos. Seeing all the photos with the people I know makes it so real for me since I didn't get to know him very well. Knowing how much the people I have made friends with hurt right now makes it hurt for me so much. Unfortunately I don't have any photos to ad.
  19. They should allow some sand cars to roll with Bert or something. that would be so cool.
  20. I didn't know Bert as well as many other either, but everytime I met him he was kind, helpful, and an all around great guy. I talked to him a few times about Turbos, learned about his car, and road my quad through some of the Bert ruts from his awesome car. I'm sad I didn't get to know him better, and so very sad he had to go so soon. RIP Bert.
  21. ok, I don't see how this always happens, but I have a grad party at a school that day that starts at 1pm. so I am not able to go... again. Hopefully I will be able to make one of these soon.
  22. Terry, what time are these done? basically what time could I be back in Vegas? I'd like to see: better road maintenance. Mainly earlier for the busy weekends for vendors and other early arrivals. Support for the Vendors, like watering the road, and not harassing people (unless they REALLY deserve it) on Vendor row. This was better Presidents. It was TERRIBLE on New years. PS... don't forget about paving the road, Adding a nice hotel, and a SPA for the "non-duners"
