I just went to fill mine last night and the valves on one was leaking so I was only able to get one filled. Should be OK for this weekend running on a single tank. Looked them up and it's like $80 for a new tank at Home Depot. I guess they need to be replaced anyway, date on them is 2005.

We will be leaving tomorrow morning staying until Mon. We will be parked by bathroom 3 in our usual spot.

It was nice to meet you Jodi. Had a great time with great friends this weekend. It's always nice to get away from the ATV business to go ride ATV's at Dumont

Two years ago I saw a guy out there with a fresh water tank at vendors row. Haven't seen him since so I'm guessing he didn't do so well. As far as a pooper scooper, not sure what special permit they would need to do that but would imagine it would not be cost effective for someone to do so. Glad to see the Jeeps will be out there, should be a great weekend!

Haven't been to Dumont since Thanksgiving weekend! Doing ATV tours at Apex can get old real quick! Don't get me wrong,I'm not complaining about the business paying the bills, but need to see some real dunes soon. I will be out there for President's weekend while the guys hold down the fort back Vegas. Can't wait!

You would think with the money we pay to the BLM they would have a least 1 or 2 rangers on site? Glad to see the flight for life was able to make it in. I hope everyone is OK.

I rented a toy hauler a few years back and lost every single key somewhere in the sand!! Didn't know it until I went to dump and didn't have the key for the pumpout. Needless to say that was a sh*tty experience!!

Jack, the only problem with that is if I had them out there for rent, the California BLM would require a permit and all kinds of other legalities. It is easier for me just to rent them from Vegas where we have a permit already.

We have some ATV Rentals available for Dumont Thanksgiving weekend as well as other days. Bikes range from Honda TRX 250's - 400ex's. Sounds good Neal. We will have our LV ATV Tours van and truck out there. 30' gearbox and my friends red sandrail you took some pics of. He usually has a Steelers flag on it but not sure he will be flying that one this year!

Heading out with some friends tomorrow for a nice weekend ride. Sucks we couldn't make last weekend. Will be over by one of the fingers 3 or 5 wherever my buddy gets his Motorhome stuck is where we will be. We are leaving Friday after Thanksgiving staying til Mon to ENJOY the crowds!

Had a great time with our camp this weekend. Went trick or treating with the kids on Sat night. I needed a costume in a hurry so I cut arms in my Honda generator cover a stuck my head thru the top I thought it looked good, but didn't get any candy, I guess I'm too old now. Went on a few rides in the early mornings and a few nights at comp. Looked to me as the turnout was a much less than most holiday weekends in the past. Everyone at our camp said the same but we still had a great time. Weather was good all weekend a little windy on Friday great for loosing my kite!!! If anyone found my shark kite flying over the finger by bathroom 5 I would like it back. If landed in your camp and caused any damage its not mine but I would still like it back . Maybe one of the kids has a pic of me with my silly costume on.

I would like to know also. Less food I have to bring, wife can go shopping for crap she doesn't need , and you know we will break something.
