you obviously don't have fact, and if you have time to type two well thought-out paragraphs than you have the time to search and offer fact. and if you don't entertain the masses with music, and i'm sure you don't, then correct you're not a musician. if you are the truly proud american you state you are, than you believe in the american justice system. if not, you're a socialist. did OJ kill his wife and the other guy? i dunno, i wasn't there. i do not know OJ personally, but i do know for a fact he was acquitted of the charges. also, michael jackson is not "my boy." he is an american icon being smeared by a couple ignorant people on a dune website. what's wrong with that? nothing. however when a member is smeared for offering a comment based on fact that he was a great musician, than that is a problem. got it, "pal?" heh.

the singer isn't part of the band? he's not a musician? proof he was a great musician? 13 number one hits, millions of records and hundreds od sold-out concerts worldwide. this is not hearsay, this is fact. there is no physical proof he had sexual intercourse, which you state he has, with children. there is no documented proof that he had sexual misconduct or lewdness with children. there were many accusations by people with motive. if somebody molested my kid or sexual misconduct was involved in any manner with my kid, i'd pursue it to the fullest extent of the law! period. wouldn't you? "i've been offered the large sum of many i was seeking in the first place, so i'm good." yeah right, not me. you don't have to like him, you don't have to like me. you don't personally no him, you don't personally know me. vise versa. unless you have personal experiences, you shouldn't express opinion as fact, and bash somebody for stating facts.

this is understood, inappropriate touching and fondling is considered molestation. if there was any of such, there'd be physical proof and he'd have been convicted. do you lack that much confidence in the criminal trial system?

i can accept this opinion, acknowledging his impact on entertainment and he was indeed a con, i know of one story where he left with a very expensive ($1,000,000+) item from the forum shops at caesars on credit from the owner with the intent that mj would pay in full sometime later, and he never paid. but the store owner brought that upon himself. just because somebody is famous and wealthy and can afford things doesn't mean their word is genuine. about being a child molester.. dna technology is too accurate and not questionable. if he would have molested a child, we'd know for a fact because he'd have been incarcerated! michael jackson brought this image upon himself though, it's his fault for being wierd. michael was never convicted of rape, lewdness, or any other form of sexual misconduct with a minor. if he was truly guilty, not only would the victims parents have gotten paid, they would have gotten the piece of mind to know he will be punished by way of penitentiary. the victims parents seen opportunity for a large payday. can you blame them? alot of you are still going to believe michael jackson was a child molester, and you're entitled to your opinion. my opinion is that you're easily influenced and a victim of the media. maybe someday a reporter will tell you drop everything you're doing, cash in your assets and invest your life savings in swampland. if that's what it takes to think things thoroughly and use common sense, good for you.

not many people can make the comment that michael jackson wasn't a talented musician and entertainer, and of the people who can, i'm pretty sure they wouldn't. nobody here on this site has the talent and accomplishments michael jackson had. nobody on this site knew michael jackson personally. everything we know is all hearsay. i'm not saying the dood wasn't wierd, he was assuredly an oddball. most talented and unique artists are a little abstract in some form. it is undebatable that mj was a talented and unique entertainer and musician, and will always be referred to as the king of pop. you folks can bash all you want, but next to michael jackson you're an insignificant flea anyway, heh.

i don't? por que? i've been accused of being hispanic before.. half this site probably thinks i'm mexican because if you looked at half of my posts, i type in spanglish. my spanglish has been a debate on here before, so i don't do it very much anymore. i assure you that you couldn't be more incorrect in regards to your perception of my charachter. you and most people who read my post know about who i was referring to though, there's some people who give their heritage or race or nationality or region a bad image. i'm sicilian, some people will probably say we're greaseballs in wife beaters with chains around our neck that have a loud mouth and a bad attitude, and i'd like to disagree.. but then i look at my picture on my profile and i understand why they'd have that perception. it's a free country and your entitled to your opinion. i keep the dunes clean and dune responsibly, that's all that really matters while i'm out there. anyone who does the same is okay by me. ride on brother.

at one of the banshee wars events, somebody posted a comment about people littering on planetsand.com, i happened to witness the littering and group responsible, and posted about it.. it got ugly afterwards. i have a banshee and i do not to attend banshee related events anymore because they attract a certain, ignorant crowd. for the most part they don't frequent this forum, but most of us know who they are. hopefully the DDR annual august night run doesn't start to attract this particular crowd.

i've never been to that site, i'm content with this one. ddr folk is good folk.. i don't get hated on 'cause i'm black, ya heard!

rodney: sure thing brother.. i moved, don't have the raptor or rhino anymore but still have the 450's and the shee. i'm probably gonna do the night run in june. a court date isn't issued until confirmation of receipt. a violation isn't official unless you acknowledge the violation (ie: signing for a ticket, arrest etc.) and are issued a court date. if you've received a citation in the mail, disregarded it, and inquisitioned by an officer about the violation you state you never received a citation. there will be no warrant because there never was a court date issued and acknowledged by you for you to attend because there was no court date to ever issue a warrant. it is possible for the law enforcement agency to still issue to you an official citation for the violation if the statute of limitations hasn't been exceeded. i initially heard about this from another member on this forum and looked further into it myself. i received one before memorial day last year and never responded to it. another forum member received one in october or november? last year, and never responded. he travels through arizona often.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION if you live out of the state that the photo citation is taken.. when they send you those tickets in the mail, they have a phone number or website address that you either call or go online. when you do this, it's a confirmation that you received the citation and you are now legally binded to honoring it. if you don't acknowledge receiving it, you're not binded to it. THROW THEM AWAY AND BE DONE WITH IT! unless it's personally delivered to you and you've signed for it or you log online and enter the confirmation number or call the provided phone number and offer the confirmation number you CANNOT be obligated to pay it. there's no acknowledgement of receipt of the citation therefore there can be no penalty against you. and NO, THEY CANNOT ISSUE A WARRANT UNLESS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT!
