it might have been me, I was there filming when they took down the stripper pole... As for the guys from TruTV.. their cameras are almost as good.. LOL
nice! All I had this weekend was an old kfx730. The superbeast is still all over the garage..LOL Didn't matter I was still out there racing.. I can't pass that hill without hitting it a few times.
So many different factors... rollout is important (how big a round the tire is) and how light it is..
I tried 24" 10 or 12 paddles (can't remember) extremes on my 538lbs KFx and they sucked.. switched to 25" 9 paddles and the bike carried more speed... I want to try soem 25" 12 paddle rippers... huge paddles... but I am waiting on the longer swingarm so I can keep it under control.
I have heard too many paddles kills top end... I say that just means you need more HP.
Thanks pete. I showed up but I just can't cram enough fuel down into this motor with the 22psi pulley... I was only there for about 30 minutes and left. back to the drawing board for now.
I could have just held a water bottle of fuel and dumped it down the carb while shooting the hill and it would have barely been enough..
the 22nd right? I'll be there testing a new higher PSI pulley... hoping to top 20psi on the ole blower bike.
where you gonna park? Maybe he can film me blowing my bike up..LOL
I know, I was just making a point. I thought we were going to get killed that day because of the radar numbers the other bikes were running..... but it didn't seem to make a huge difference on the hill. I think it's still a good measure between bikes that are more alike than different. But the power curve between two completely different bikes makes it hard...
between two different bikes I sometimes wonder how important the MPH is...
on this day we only radared 63mph. The weather had changed and we were way lean on top... but look how close the race was... we heard numbers thrown around all day about upper 70s and low 80s in MPH...
Do those bikes look like there is a 15 to 20 MPH difference?

Don't know why I bother but I guess I am a sucker for ridicule.
This is my video to send off the race season big... saving little bits of video up to make this... This has been one hell of a race season.. can't wait until the next one..

This one is pretty "out there". If the swords bothered you, your really gonna love this...
Thanks guys..
It was damn close... we were up against some of the fastest bikes out there and this tank of a KFX was right on their a$$... everytime we go out we close the gap even more...
