  2. Using all that suspension I see. :finger_smiley:
  3. A lady my wife works with uses a pet sitter that comes to the house...she says she is real good. I can have my wife look into it for you.
  4. I took my trailer in 730am on monday and by about 3pm my trailer was done. They had fixed my generator, replacing the carb, and getting the extended warrenty company to pay over 300 big ones. I did have to fork out about $200, but if I had to pay the over $500 bill I would be pissed. The gene now works.
  5. I have a line-x and love it. Doesn't scratch easily and seems very strong. From now on I will purchase line--x
  6. A guy I used to work with was a helicopter pilot and what he told me was that they fly these helicopters non-stop. To take one of these birds out of service means a great deal of time and money. Instead they just continue to fly more that they are suppose to. He lost one of his close friend in a crash out here a few years ago. Sad to hear.
  7. saw the rail last weekend at dumot...very quick...looked good
  8. Got back a couple of hours ago and what a great weekend. Slight breeze all weekend, but not to many people out there. Bikes ran good, one flat paddle tire, but no other issues. The only real problem we had this weekend was a camp in distance didn't have there dog on a leash and he ran towards our camp. I couldn't get the dogs in quick enough and almost had some dog fights. THe other dog started to get aggressive and the guy rolled his quad (literally) into camp and grabbed the dog by the neck. That whole situation could of go ugly....my pitbull is the biggest wuss but he still is protective over my wife and my female dog. SH%$ Happens. Either way what a great weekend. :jester:
  9. My wife loves the armada, I wish I had one. There is a problem with the braking system that was huge. When I worked in car rental I had people with titans and armadas getting brakes done every month. I was told the rotors were built to small for the vehicle. They were coming out with a new brake system to upgrade all these vehicles, check into it. Besides that nice vehicle and the haul a@!.
  10. so who actually is going that the wife and I can camp with..we decided to come out saturday morning pm me if any ddr people have a set camp area for this weekend
  11. So I went ti Findlay RV and asked when I could get my trailer in for service, monday 7:30am. SWEET! Can't beat that. They are scoring some major points with me. I mentioned Johny Walker and they had someone bring in an alfa this morning that they just bought at JW because problems with JW service. Easier for them to get service at Findlay RV..SAD!
  12. I agree w/ sanddunesaddict....gps is more accurate if you are traveling on a level plane
  13. 6 volt batteries....Way better than 12volt for the money Built in Generator...Do not let onan generator sit more than a couple of weeks or they stop working Do not believe RV salesman...(some are good) Electric tongue jack would be nice CHECK ALL BOLTS AND SEALS and Plumbing BEFORE PICKING UP RV or going on a trip>>>> Make sure they put high pressure valve stems on your rv tires. If you don't custom order, look at the trailer and give the salesman your ph number, tell them the price is a little high and leave. Let them call you and make a deal. They called me and the price dropped a couple of 1000 dollars. The big picture window is must. :mischevious:
  14. I work for a construction company and I have a lot of guys that do stucco that I know they would do the work on the side....how about a pic of the damage. Give me a call I am working on green valley parkway and horizon ridge right. 619-244-2197 Travis :icon_twisted:
  15. My Dads friend broke his lower back due to compression when he dropped off a 5ft razor....The lower the break gennerally the better. I hope all goes well and the clots(I think embolisms) clear up. Prayers are with you
  16. the wife the dogs and I will be joining some group, don't know which group there are? :icon_twisted:

  18. so where is the start/finish at......anyone going on saturday
  19. Just seeing if anyone is going this weekend so my wife and I are not solo camping. I figured this would be a good off weekend to go.
  20. Actually Ynot you are wrong if are talking about my post.. ..don't say something that is incorrect. If you are talking about my post JW told me outright "they do not work on rvs from other dealers", yeah let me take mine back to california where I purchased it. Even if I would have asked JW to work on my trailer 10weeks early the answer would still be no. I think more people agree with me about johny walkers policies.....Call them and find out for yourself, EVEN MY MANUFACTURER TOLD ME THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH JOHNY WALKER Anyway pulling that trailer will be very hard especially with the grades you have to climb. I used to pull my 21ft with a chevy 1500 2wd and it was hard on the truck. I made it everywhere I wanted to go, but I am glad I upgraded my truck.
  21. The 6 volts are generally taller than the 12v..I bought my two 6v a couple of weeks ago and bought 6v battery boxes at the same time for 25 a piece. They come with a new strap also.
  22. So I went to that place dunefreak told me about and they want $350 per day for jrenting a rhino and $275 per day for a 450. I almost laughted at the lady, I couldn't believe what she was telling me. Completley overpriced. I can go rent an SUV w/ 4wheel drive for 3 days for less. :chev_bowtie:
