hahaa bacon! Thanks John. I think we have it covered but I'll let you know.

Well then come on out this weekend, Mark.
-
Yeah come load it up in mine before I go pay for some! (or I can pick up ) I don't need any more expenses this trip.
-
Sounds good, Adam.

I thought about that. Thank you. I'll chat with Richard this week and see if we can work that out. It's not the extra pass I'm worried about, it's the fact that she'll rolling out all alone out in BFE.

Odyssey dry cell batteries available in town (Vegas)?

Thanks David -
Couldn't agree more. This is probably the one trip I'm looking forward to the most this season, although our shakedown was pretty damn epic. haha We owned those dunes! Anyways, I'm really hoping this trip brings some of the DDR regulars together in one big camp plus many many new comers that have joined up over the past year or so. New faces are very welcome and encouraged to come out and join in on the fun. Oh yeah, firewood! I was going to post the same thing. I plan to bring probably a quarter or half truck load, but we may end up burning that the first night! As of right now, after work Thursday night is the plan for me. If this week is super dead at work then I may do a half day at work on Thursday, but I'm not planning on that as of yet. Anna is actually off Sat-Sun this weekend. Can you believe that? So she'll be heading out Fri night or Sat AM to join in on the festivities. I might have to pick up an extra jar of Apple Pie to stay warm this weekend. Me, Chad (not chadwick) and JVZ sure killed off the last jar I brought out last trip. Damn that stuff is good.

I've been working on my stuff since 7am this morning and I am freakin beat! I'm not even done yet either. This week will be pretty busy for me, but I'm getting super stoked for this trip. I can't wait to get out there, get set up, and plop down in my chair around the fire with a cold one in my hand. Oh yeah, and the dune runs should be sick too. It'll be worth all the time, money, and aggravation invested so far. It always is.

I don't have much room around it either though. Remember, I have have that electrical compartment and everything is a very tight squeeze. I'll look into it, but so far it looks like the batteries took and are holding a charge. Fingers crossed. I'll be checking it every morning this week. -

There was one hooked up when I left the ignition on. haha The red light said error. Imma dumbass. Nice! If I need one I'll be hitting up Dale first. -
Not much really, just a list of stupid little stuff. It's my toyhauler that keeps setting me back more than anything. On a good note, the ATC70 is ready for just about anything with a fresh new battery, oil change, carb & fuel system cleaning, and I even wiped off the fenders!

Thanks Terry. I can't go with any other size because the hold down and tray in my car is built exactly for the PC 925. It's looking like it might be taking a charge now. I'll check it in the morning and see if it needs to be replaced or not. -
Looks like mine has finally crapped out. Does anyone know if Butches, Fig Speed or NV Offroad buggy carry a PC 925?
-
Sweet! I'm currently posting from my garage working on mine. It's getting expensive! My battery was getting a little weak and I think I officially killed it last night when I left the ignition on! Crap. That's an additional $200 I didn't want to spend on this trip. Awesome. Would be great to have you come out, Pat. We'll go on at least one old guy run together. haha You should stay the whole weekend though.

Tom pro, King sand car, sinister, short sand cars? Which?
dunefreak replied to jordanhiggins2002's topic in Sandrail Talk
You guys are building me up way too much! I appreciate the compliments but there are plenty of other guys on this board that are just as fast of drivers. There are many times I never push it that hard. Crazy fast runs are pretty rare. Conditions have to be just right and I have to be feeling it otherwise I would break my sh*t alot more often not to mention it would be unsafe. -

Sweet! Congrats. See you next weekend. Don't wish that on me because my car was actually acting up last weekend! -
Sounds like a personal problem. What did you break?
-
That's the regatta spot. We decided to park where the cleanup is always held.
-
No, they are always very good about keeping the place clean. They have to. They're basically responsible since their name is on the permit. The BLM checks over the event area and does post-event checkup. They wouldn't continue to get approved for events if they trashed it.

It's insane how cheap GOOD cars are going for right now.
