  2. I'm pretty sure you can at Valero... Valero Service Station 71808 Baker Blvd., Baker, CA. 92309 (gas & diesel, RV dump station, water, propane exchange, Dumont passes)
  3. No it's not. It's cheaper than fuel!
  4. I completely agree, but you posted sounding as in you think if the people on this board do those things. I am not going to deny the fact that alot of us get pretty drunk out there at times (AFTER the toys are put up), but I have never seen anyone on here show such irresponsibilty like you mentioned. Maybe I took it the wrong way, but when you mentioned TT that sounded like you were talking about US.
  5. Eff that. Just ride along with us. I'll throw it in the back or on the trailer. (ynot is letting me use his this time)
  6. x3.... Joe Duner 236-8893
  7. Damn Joseph. Some people CAN dune responsibley and still have a few beers at night when they are done duning. Nothing wrong with that at all. For most people it's not a problem. As for TT, it's a long on-going thread because we like meeting up with friends and meeting new people, grabbing a bite to eat, and throwing back some alcohol to forget about the daily stresses of life and work. I'm not sure why that bothers you so much, but you have brought it up more than once in the past. Did someone piss in your Wheaties this morning or what? 3?
  8. Hope you get it done in time. If not I can bring the Raptor out for you.
  9. I'm doing another little write-up for the site and wanted to hear your guys' thoughts on ways to make dune trips more affordable due to the crappy economy. This is what I have so far... How to save on gas check and maintain proper tire pressures in both truck and trailer replace or clean your air filter regularly keep speeds steady and keep your foot out of it when towing Avoid bringing unnecessary weight- keep your load as light as possible Other ways to make dune trips more affordable Split costs with friends by carpooling and hauling your stuff out together in one hauler Cut back on those things that you go crazy on at the grocery store (Avoid bring unnecessary food and snack items) Make a couple less trips a season, but stay longer each trip out (Make your trips count more) Purchase an annual pass instead of weekend passes if you plan on doing at least 4 or 5 trips per season. If you have an other ideas, throw em on the list.
  10. It's cool to have something different from everyone else. Hope it runs as good or better than you guys expect. See you out there.
  11. Yep. Tell me about it. It was when I dropped off the blue car at SSC after it was hit. I got down there, dropped it off, went to my hotel and sat there talking with bfbob on the phone. It was about 2PM, I just looked at the hotel and said ya know what...screw this town, called and canceled my room, hopped back on the freeway and hauled a$$ back home. I couldn't believe I did it. It was ALOT of driving for one day. Damn that sucks the first one wasn't what the guy said it was. I'd be pissed too. Glad he ended up picking up a nice one though. I'll have to check it out.
  12. Hey Ms. Drunky Shot Girl who posts at 3:43 in the AM. Did you mean HARD ROCK? :black:
  13. Eff yo check ball :black: !!! Right on. Glad it was something simple. I thought you were joining lvnalolife's club there for a second.
  14. Did you go with Jansen to p/u that Impala and did he get it?
  15. Damn, and I thought for sure it was Richie. I'm glad we showed up too. It was good times hanging out.
  16. Thats retarded. What no pics? I hate driving long distances....especially SALT LAKE CITY!!! I did about 1000 miles to and from SLC all in one day.
  17. Dude this was just bumped up from May. It was dead and over with.
  18. Geeat pics Woody. It's funny.... a little birdie told me that the DD guys were talking crap that "ddr couldn't hang" last night. That sounds like Richie for sure. Yeah it sux we missed Guttermouth, but it wasn't cause we couldn't hang. We left because we wanted to step it up a notch and go party. :assrock: I have been to alot of hard core punk shows in the past and I just felt like this time Guttermouth wasn't worth the wait between all the nasty sweaty moshers, couldn't get a beer at all, place was pretty hot and muggy, and some of the music & bands weren't all that great. Hope you guys had fun. The Hard Rock and BJ's Bar & Lounge were a friggen blast afterwards! The go-go dancers at the Hard Rock were a nice new addition to that place.
  19. Dave, are you FREAKIN HIGH TODAY? :assrock:
  20. I plan on getting there sometime after sun down. Last year we got there way too early and it was HOT as hell. We might roll in about 8 or 9 maybe. Kinda playing it by ear right now.
  21. I was referring to whatever trans they put behind the Cummins. Wingnut's just went out and I thought it was absolutley necessary to rub it in and start a thread about it.
