    Don't mean to be a smart @$$ or anything, but I don't think tailgate locks are to prevent theft of items in truck bed. Either way, it sucks a$$ to have chit stolen. I hate that I have to have my fifth wheel hitch chained up too because some might run off with it, even if it weighs 1700#

    Hose clamps. On bikes, I've seen them do things from fix an exhaust to attaching a whip.

    Former co-worker had driven those big trucks in the Dakar for years. This was the first year I would actually been able to go and work in their pits, but he couldn't go. Just my effin luck! It's fuggin crazy how those dudes haul a$$ through the dunes on those big bikes. Love watching it! I'm thinking it might be easier to plan a duning trip to Chile than Dubai...

    I accomplished a similar dismount over the bars of a dirt bike a couple weeks ago. I also took the opportunity to lay in the sand for a bit afterwards pondering life.

    Verizon was ok just past Vendor's near the cliffs over T-day weekend. I was able to use a Verizon phone to call OnStar to unlock my truck I have AT&T, and I just turn off my phone when I leave Baker to avoid being pissed off at the lack of service. I keep the OnStar active for emergencies.
