No secret..lol. I will for sure post them .. I never turn mine. I use one of those tall coolers and put a little ice in with the brine there with it and leave it. For anywhere from 12hours to 2 days if u wanted... Let me get my recepi box brb..... Stay tuned.. Man makin me work on my day off... lol Just Kiddin.. I can talk food all day.. :mischevious:

I brine my Turkey and it is always juicy. It gives the turkey lots of flavor and the salt helps keep all the moisture in making it very very Juicy... I have a couple different recipes I have one that has all your normal poultry spices like sage thyme etc and i have a yummy one that has malasis and yummy stuff. Let me know if you want them I wil pm them to you Skyz Oh and if you ask me I would wash that bird then put him a cooler with the brine for the drive until you cook him up.. no mess easy travel

Yea sorry about that.. I had some last minute things happen that made me decide to stay home.. We are in the works for poker run weekend though.. Getting the trailer ready this weekend... I will bring the jello shotts still...

had some last minute BS with halloween weekend so I didnt make it out.. Poker run is in the works. Bringing the kids so I hope there will be some kids out there... Cant wait to get some riding in... I think we will be heading out Friday unless I can talk brett into taking friday off of work ..hmmmm... I havn't been to a run yet so sounds like fun..

I feel the same way. i didnt want to miss trick or treating and my girls aren't coming with me. So I deided to go out a day earlier and come back Saturday. That way I can have the best of both worlds. I am just going to act like its Halloween everyday..

classic moment . My first time in dumont period.I had no Idea what comp was and It was dark in dave and steph rail and Steph decided to go up at night. I will never forget the fact that i peed a little in my pants no joke.. I was so scared!!!! But she did good and i made it back to camp in one piece. just a little more damp.... ha ha ha ha ..
