Just finished the get home and unload dance.... Had a great holiday weekend. The weather was perfect tank/shorts all day not to cold at night... The sand was a rough mess by Saturday am and it didn't seem that crowded out there at all. I sure did miss some of the vendors that weren't there .. Maybe a bit more than half were there. Entrance road was a D going in on Thursday but smooth (and super dusty) leaving Monday. Didn't even get strip search / cavity check by the LEO on the way out... Saturday am rangers came to our circle, to let us know a guy from Utah, had his rail stolen. Parked right next to bathroom 3 by himself I guess he couldn't find his group so decided to wait till the am. Well someone decide to drag his car away from camp and haul it away..... Rangers were all cool BTW. Never was harassed or messed with at all.

Man that's set up perfect. Somebody should snatch this up quick

Ive had a commercial grade one on my house for about 2 years now, they are awesome and work great, but if you mount them outside be sure to wrap the pipes. I didnt and had slush come out of the line at 5am the other morning. lol

that happened to me last year at Carters, I was a little t'd off cause i bought 3 of them and never noticed it. But had to buy Cali stickers this year too, sent 4 registrations into Nevada, even went ot Carter to pay and mail off since there a "authorized" location, it was $88.00. Monday before the trip I got a letter from DMV saying they will not process any of my request because they want seperate checks for ea registration. geezz.

Pretty sure it also depends on what trans and gearing you have will affect the overall size paddle you can run

Hahah I just went back and re read that guess I sound like an idiot. Oh well I work on a lot of federal projects in Nevada and California, and you would not believe the millions of dollars wasted on these projects I guess that's where my real anger comes from. Us contractors watch as the federal gov. Will literally waste 4-5k dollars on replacing a single cabinet you could get from Home Depot or lowes for $500. I swear I'm not even embellishing the prices, they require the cabinet to show proof that it was a tree grown in the United States, and milled in the us ect.. They literally have to go and cut down the lumber and literally waste an entire pallet of wood to document proof needed in order to document it's origin. This is taken months of labor and office time over a single freaking cabinet. That's only the tip of the iceberg on these jobs. Lake mead Rec is spending muti- millions on rehabbing a visitor center that's is riddled with asbestos, and it will still look like the crappy building it did in the 70's I'm all for preserving historical items but there is a point where you have to draw the line. They literally could have built double the size state of the art building that would serve a better purpose for the end user and draw more revenue and customers for less than half the money. On top of all that, the government is wasting all this money, and taking there sweet time paying the contractors, I for one am not in the business of financing the gov. So the can frivolously spend our tax dollars and not pay for what they want in a timely matter. Rant over lol

Yeah this is a load of crap. Just like glamis, just watch more and more Leo presence in the name of "protecting" drug dogs over zealous cops trying to ticket you for bullchit infractions, then oh hey we need to double and triple our fees!!! They already proposed to double glamis permit fees. I'm so sick of California / Blm if it continues, my family will spend money in other states that want and appreciate our income. Greedy azz California is broke so what do they do they spend even more money then try to Nickle and dime the people that are still trying to enjoy the hobbies and family recreation. Drug dogs! Are you F'n serious lets run out there and spend tens of thousands of dollars to bust a couple teenagers with a couple joints. Then the Blm is going to lie to us "we didn't know" bullchit. It's going to be great when the awesome state of California succeeds in ruining our sport and hobby and they lose all there income from glamis and Dumont. That will do those money grabbing wasteful spending azzhats a lot of good. Ill probbly end up going to jail if these clowns bring dogs into my camp not for the drugs, just on the plain fact that they will not be welcome, in my camp interrupting my families weekend off. I will gladly tell them to take there dogs, badge, and fees to go eat a bag of d@cks

Fuel pump in the station was smoked so need up on my back putting in a new pump and filter till 10:30pm so just decided to wait till the am...
