They Guy at the DMV inspection station said that it has an adhesive but told me to use their "special rivets" as to prevent someone (I think he meant me ) from taking my vin tag and placing it on another vehicle....

I am in the process right now, it will state "2013 assembled vehicle" I took my car down to PD and they filled out the OHV paperwork that I printed off of the DMV website to verify that there was no VIN, then I had to take it down to DMV inspection station on American pacific and they gave me 2 aluminum rivets that I am supposed to use to put on the new vin tag that the Nevada DMV provides. I talked with the owner of the company that built my car and he said that is how they do it in Cali also, otherwise the builders have a bunch of hoops to jump through and the cost would need to be passed on to the customers.

yes it is, and yes I tried, NOBODY in the office because of SIMA. I have purchased 4 off of eBay and they all drop ship from the manufacturer . I have a $2000 turbo already installed and I don't know if I can run without... Mr. paranoid here, I am gonna take it all off for this weekend unless i hear different. I cant seem to find anyone who knows if it is safe to do so.... even kraut-n-Rice from GD.com isnt sure.... pisser PS: if anyone in vegas has one that isn't being used this weekend, I would return it on Monday with a case of beer :B

I just put a turbo on my honda 3.5 and I purchased the wrong missing link check valve for my application (I bought a ML001C and I need a ML004C) does anyone know of a place in vegas that carries these. I am not sure if the new one will be here by Thursday. Does anyone have an extra? Does anyone know if i can run it without one?

I have a honda 3.5 in mine and we usually go out 10-12 times a year. I change the oil at least once in the beginning of the season and maybe once in December. I don't use a very high grade oil when I do because it gets changed before the viscosity breaks down.

I forgot about this thread, bike is finished but I am still waiting on the DMV to send me the NV title then I will be posting. It was fun and informative to do a complete tear down. Bike turned out great!!
