  1. Just an FYI, last year I bought a Raptor 700 with a bill of sale just to flip it and they had no problem giving me a title without registering it.
  2. yeah, they will...you dont have to register it. but you still need to complete all other forms, just not the application for registration.
  3. 1) i dont have a script but always pick up copies at Butches whenever i am there...not really sure i know why i dont. 2) i would like to see more tech articles ie; what cv greases, how to tune / rebuild shocks, what fuels and why, etc.. 3) i dont skip much as it is 4) i like it that they feature actual duners, always excited to see people that i know and see in the dunes in pics. And always enjoy a pretty lady :-)
  4. The best scenario is nobody gets hurt at all...however if someone does get injured. I am glad to hear that they are restraint injuries.... BTW, Kudos for having a helmet on your little one, glad you are doing well.
  5. not that important really, i was more curious as to what the price was....i am running rebel comp fuel (100 oct) and it costs $7.00/gal, it is always good to know your options.
  6. I dont suppose you know what the name of the gas station is, I would like to find out what they are charging per gal.
  7. I will text you in the AM, I can just leave it on your doorstep and we can square up later if you want.
  8. In order to apply for a title and Registration on your OHV you will need to send in the following: With a Cert of Origin: Certificate of Origin (Original) VIN Inspection Application for Registration $48.25 With a Bill of Sale: Bill of Sale (original) Statement of Facts Vin Inspection Application for registration $48.25 With no VIN (Sandrail): Bill of Sale (original) Statement of Facts Vin Assignment (Take to DMV to be completed, the technician will give you the stamped form and 2 rivits, they will assign the VIN there) Application for registration $50.25 All of these forms are available on the link that I provided above. After I sent them in, I got the registration sticker in about two weeks and the titles in about 6 weeks. They weren't very picky about the BOS's either, one was hand written on the back of a manila envelope....
  9. You got it Terry, are you gonna be home in the morning? like around 9ish?
  10. I got a hold of some, 6 tubes are spoken for .....4 extra...$12.50/tube....LMK
  11. I looked several times, I couldn't find the butler quarters?? and how many does the jacuzzi seat?
  12. I did several vehicles this year in Nevada, 2 yamaha raptors, a rhino and my sandrail, it was pretty painless except for the fact that I had to take the toys to the PD (or local OHV dealer) to get the VIN inspections done. If you have a "certificate of origin" of out of state title it is a slam dunk, if you only have a "bill of sale" dated prior to July 1, 2012 then you will need to provide them with a "statement of facts" and have it notarized. If you don't have a BOS, you can still register it in NV but you won't receive a title. http://nvohv.com/registration/
  13. Thurs evening thru mon evening for us, provided i get that fuggin car figured out.
  14. I am assuming since you posted this in an open forum that you are open to discussion....Just so I have your story correct, Your brother entered the "park" without purchasing a weekend pass on a major holiday weekend even though it is posted so well that Helen Keller would have known, rode all weekend on unregistered OHVs, tried to to purchase a pass on the way out and BLM took up a whole 5 minutes to examine a $100 bill (he apparently had the $ to buy a pass upon entry unless he hit the ATM at bathroom 6) and got questioned by the authorities who were kind enough not to impound his toys even though they are well within their authority to do so, kind enough not to site him for his tail lights....and they wouldn't accept his sobriety chips as proof he wasn't intoxicated? Well the nerve of these people abusing their authority!!! I have been enjoying Dumont for 12 years, bought my season passes, paid my registration....never been hassled.....weird I realize that i am probably in the minority here but I pay my fees, follow the rules and appreciate the service (and EMS) of the officers presence.
  15. Hmmm....I will be honest, it is really tough leaving this quote alone
  16. Is the fuel gauge an Autometer Ultra-lite II ?, if so, dibbs..... might also be interested in hubbs, need more info, pics & condition. oh yeah,....tried phone number 3 times and got disconnected.
  17. But wait, there's more!!! If you act now... We'll send you a second bottle of aluma seal at no cost, just pay shipping and handling....
  18. I personally use berrymans, Paul (white rhino) recently used the alumaseal with coolant on a troublesome rear paddle and it has held perfectly. I guess there really is more than one way to skin a cat.
  19. Wheels are standard back spacing at 3 1/2" and 12" wide Douglas with DWT Beadlocks in better condition than the ones in this post. I will post up pics tomorrow
  20. Actually you can have the tires too...so $500 gets both tires and wheels for that set. Tires are STU 16..50 x 15s. Tires are pretty worn with a patch.
  21. I have another set of tires and wheels (without ding) for $500 for wheels only.... I have tires mounted on them, if you pay for them to be removed.
