WOW, I am feeling very sad for you guys..... Doesn't any one care about tradition anymore???? It's Christmas!!!! I suppose we should also take "In God we trust" off our currency.... Both of my kids are adults (18 and 20) and I am proud that they both have the Christmas spirit!!

I got this info 3rd hand so I dont have alot of details, but I heard that there was some duners ticketed for attempting to use fake annual passes. Fines were $250, could have gone to jail, also got dinged for OOS registration stickers, $125 each bike..... stay legit, not worth the hassle!!

I ran into Terry(ynot) yesterday at camping world and we were sharing some stories about some of the lines we like to take, who leads, etc.... He then made a comment about how bikes should "always" follow behind the cars...., :?: , cars always roost more sand & rocks. Terry enlightened me with this very possible scenario; so i am driving a rail a safe distance behind a bike and as we crest a razor and i get ready to transition, he goes over first then it is my turn.... as I pop over, I come to find that the guy on the bike layed his bike down in front of me.... given the option of 3,000 lbs of sand rail up my arse or some sand in my face... I will take the later.... Thanks for the insight Terry.

I am pulling a triple axle, 40' 5th wheel hauler with 3000 lbs of toys inside, plus fuel and H2O with an '06 F350, 6.0, 35's and stock suspension & air bags and i would rather pull that than a 20' tag trailer. I used to pull the same RV with my '00 F250, 6" lift, 35's & air bags, with a V10..... mileage sucked but it still pulled OK.

Thurs evening around 5:00 for us....

What did you end up going with and how do you like it???

I would like to re-visit this thread, I have just purchased my first truck with a diesel motor, It is also a 2006 F350 with a 6.0..... I have been calling friends and requesting reviews, there are alot of opinions out there.... Who among us has had a first hand experience (good or bad) with a programmer. While reading some of the internet reviews, I get the impression that a diesel that blows thick black smoke is a great thing and something to strive for. I dont think I will be looking for a tuner that requires "custom" settings other than the basics like tire dimensions. Also, what is the deal with the warranty.... People tell me that a programmer will void a warranty.... The websites that i have visited all say that it is illegal for a dealership to not cover a claim because of after-market additions.... who has facts???

One thing I noticed about last year, some kids had those glow sticks on them so they were more visible at night.... just an idea for added safety.
