  4. Just checked the wifes 07 tahoe, no burnt mark just joint of 2 sections of the dip stick. Approx same amount of miles and same 5.3L. First time I ever checked the oil...

It has its place for sure, the kids these days though are going to be socially inept, they text rather than talk and it's much easier to text things that you might not have the fortitude to say... Went to a family reunion this weekend up North and one of my neices fingers were moving while just sitting there, apparently it is a habit from texting so much... :bert:

  10. Could also use a whip mount just inside each handlebar grip. Saves neck damage incase of encounter with corner ribbon / flags....
  11. There is also a nav cradle I use as soon as you put the phone in it has navagation options but if you use the nav either have a charger or use it sparingly it will kill your battery NOW

  13. I have it, favorite apps so far are Visual Voicemail and Pandora. Good phone just be careful with the ominous "Butt Dial "

  15. Thanks Pete, they will be stoked, they had a fuel cell problem on Sat (foam came apart and clogged system up) and finished 9th on Sun (not bad for 1st race..). Another buddy (calss one) was doing well before he snapped his axle on Sun..

  17. Sucks Joe, just part of driving in Ca. anymore.. Just about everyone here is getting fed up with the cameras, CHP / Police generating revenue every way they can.. Just another tax the way I look at it, and I can't wait till this state goes bankrupt... Back to topic
