  1. http://www.greenball.com/tires/hiwaytrooper.htm It took about 2 weeks to get them in through Discount Tire.
  2. When I lock everything up at night, I use a cable and I nose everything in towards the trailer, then park my truck along with flatbed trailer and my wife's Yukon behind/angled.
  3. The XD is a great pistol. I happen to have the XD 45 Service and the XD9 Sub Compact. Although they are not my daily carry, I still like shooting them. Cannot go wrong with the .45
  4. Said goodbye to my POS Carlisle tires on the 5th wheel today. This was from January 2007 And I replaced them with 5 brand new Hiway Trooper 12 ply tires today
  5. Some good news to report. My insurance companies have approved payment for everything that was stolen . My auto insurance was kind of a pain in the arse, but they came through eventually. My equipment insurance company told me to purchase whatever I needed to replace the equipment at today's value and they will issue the check and overnight it. I have 30 days to wait on the truck though, but honestly, I'm hoping it will be recovered in the condition it was when it was taken!!
  6. Thanks for looking out Nick, but mine is not a Landa and has more like 500 hours. This may be a good trailer for me to buy as a replacement though. I'm calling the guy today.
  7. Truck VIN is: 1FDWF36P07EB48978 Thanks
  8. There really isn't anything that would make it stand out other than the new Linex I had put on the bed on Friday. I had a blow out on the trailer on the passenger side, so there might be some black marks on that wheel well, but I can't remember. Thanks to everyone that's keeping an eye out.
  9. I am going to call KOMP, KKLZ and all the other radio stations out there today. Right now I'm just dealing with police and a couple insurance companies.
  10. I am offering a $1,500 reward to anyone who locates what was stolen from me last night. The stolen vehicle is: 2007 Ford F-350 PSD, White, standard cab, 12x8 Royal Flatbed. The bed has been recently lined with Linex in black. It doesn't have plates cause it is literally brand new. It has temp plates from Mel Clayton Ford out of Phoenix, AZ. Attached to the truck is a 7x14 enclosed, white Pace American trailer with double rear doors and a single side door. The plates on the trailer are NV S3924S. The VIN is 4P2UB14264U052120 It was stolen in Henderson on a street called Tamarack, off Pacific between 11pm and 6am this morning. ANYONE within information on this, please PM me or post up here. There will be no questions asked, I don't care to find who they are, I just want my truck and trailer back. The trailer has about $15,000 worth of pressure washing equipment in it. Thanks
  11. Lately we have been hearing a noise coming from the back of the house, almost like a ball hitting the window. So today, my wife and I were in the kitchen and I heard it. She said they hear it 2-3 times a day while I'm at work, but there is nothing there. So I take a look outside and see this on the window of my bedroom slider... If you look close, you can see the outline of that dumbass pigeon that saw the reflection...
  12. Yeah Terry I figured you knew since you guys have been talking. It's funny how I'm always the last one to know when a new toy is purchased. So now we'll be taking 3 vehicles to the dunes. Bobbie is going to be thrilled that she has to drive the Rhino's out there..NOT!
  13. So my Dad took my truck to the SSSS. I had a bad feeling about letting him drive it, but oh well he's my Dad. Any of you that know my Dad knows that he has the dune addiction like all of us and very rarely does he miss a trip out. So he comes walking in the house and says to me, "Hey come here, something is wrong with your truck." Of course I'm like, "I fuggin knew it!" So I go outside and this is what I see on the back. It seems that a guy was selling it and my Dad made him an offer, so here's the new addition to the family. I'll post up specs later.
  14. So I'm sitting here kinda bored, wishing I was at the Sand Show. So I open my email yesterday at work and there was the inteneraries, yep plural. I'm off to New York at the end of October for 5 days. Luckily I will make the Halloween trip. November 4th I'm off to Japan for a few weeks...turning Japenese yes I'm turning Japenese....Okay then I'm coming back for a month and then I'm off to China again, whoopee! So that's my year end schedule. Can you tell I'm so excited
  15. Thanks for all the input. I've decided to purchase the 2008 Ford F450 PSD. They made me a very sweet deal on a purchase. It has all the bells and whistles that I wanted with the exception of the 4 auxillary switches. The one I'm buying is white w/stone color interior, navigation, 12" DVD system, 4x4 with all the electric gizmos that come along with it. It's rated at a whopping 24,500 pound 5th wheel towing capacity. And as I was talking with someone the other day *Pete*, if I'm over that limit, I really need to re-think my duning life. I'm having Johnnie Walker install an air ride (4 bag), 25k hitch in the bed after the Linex is sprayed on. So the season kick off will be a nice maiden voyage for it. It was ordered today and will be arriving in Arizona for pick up next Saturday. Will post up pics as soon as I get them, which should be tomorrow or Friday.
  16. Nope didn't know it was for sale. How much is he asking? I am getting a pretty sweet deal on the F450 with all the bells and whistles including video and navigaiton

    Check this out

I just wasted 2:43 of my life that I will never get back
  18. Okay, I'm putting this out there to everyone that wants to chime in. Currently I have a 2002 Ford F250 PSD that I use to tow a 40' Wanderer Wagon. Obviously I am overweight when I hook it up without putting any of the toys in it. That being said, what are your thoughts on towing over the rated weight of your truck? Does anyone know of an instance(s) that someone was pulled over, had a crash, etc.. where their load was overweight? If so, what was the outcome? Will your insurance cover you if you have an accident and it was determined that you were towing overweight? Last season I had a tire blow out on my trailer doing 65mph coming into Tecopa. It pulled me right off the road and half my load came out in my seat . This got me thinking about purchasing something that was larger and more adapt to towing the trailer with everything in it. I was looking at a full blown semi, but the mileage on everything I have found seems to be 750k and over if I want to keep it in a tolerable price range. Any suggestions/input would be greatly appreciated.
  19. We are planning as many off weekend trips as possible. I too would like to enjoy the big weekend trips, but with the amount of people going out, I have to take into account the safety of my kids. We enjoy it so much more when the kids can just jump on their quads and take off back towards the wash. So I will most likely make some of the big weekends, but not T-day or President's Day. Of course, we will be there for the season kick off and then Halloween weekend, but after that it's up in the air, but off weekends are guaranteed. I'm getting some work done on my wife's Rhino *she doesn't know*, so after she sees it, she may change her mind about big weekends

  23. I just happen to have a Bushmaster AR-15 with a red dot scope for sale. It's brand new, only been shot at the factory. If you are interested, I'm selling it for $850.00 firm. PM me if you are interested. If you would like to buy from a store, I would go to The Gun Store on Tropicana. I have been dealing with them for 15 years and never had a bad experience.
