  5. speaking of race fuel I have about 12 gallons of fresh VP110. I would like to sell it if anybody uses it. $6.49 per gallon is what I paid I will sell it for 6 per gallon. Let me know?
  6. Nick, I can hook you up with an inspector but do not order your own appraisal. Your lender has to do that. Who the hell is helping you with this stuff? The realtor should be. Send that over to me and I will see if I can do a better deal for you.
  7. Pete, I will try to get there, you know at my advanced age it's close to bed time by then! IM me your address again.
  8. Pete let me know on the 1/2 day trips. I just bought aflat bed just for that! This months pretty bad as I am having a yard sale tommorow and next weekend is loading for St. Anthony's trip. By the time I get back I am looking at July. Let me know?
  9. How about a garage sale/swap meet this fall where we all get together and promote a parts/gear swap meet. We could donate a % of the total sales to fodd. Do a little flyer and do it at a central location parking lot. Like maybe one of the m/c shops or the Custom Shop parking lot. I am sure we all have gear, parts, takeoffs etc we want out of the garage? What do you think?
  10. Hmmm, lot's of things I would appreciate more than flowers. I received them once and went WTF? Guys just don't get flowers period. Now a smile at the door, nice lingere on my woman and a evening of slippin in the sheets, that is what I am talking about remembering! Sorry if you think I am a perv but the truth is the truth.
  11. That is the same company as the one on Craig road. The Henderson service has the worst service, attitude and sales people of any company I have ever been in. I will NEVER go to that company again even if it means losing out on a weekend of duning for lack of a part.
  12. I make my living by helping people with their financial needs(Mortgages) I have made a nice living over the past 17 years by providing the very best in customer service and availability. I have noticed over the past 2 years that people are just about the price. I am always in the middle of the pack, sometimes I am better sometimes I am worse. Fact is people would rather deal with an on line or phone orginated loan then have a Loan officer do a face to face. Then when it all goes sideways they wonder why no one will return their calls or help them. Service sometimes a little more but is well worth it in the long run. I have made my living on referral business. As far as service in resturants and bars etc. it usually sucks. One time while going thru McDonalds with my then 14 year old son I told him in order to be a star in todays world you only have to be better than the person at the window at Mcdonalds for employers to want to hire you. Unfortunatly this is true. Employers are starved for employees and will take anybody just to fill the position.

  14. In November 2002 I was racing the Elisenore grand Prix. The little voice in my head had advised me to sleep in and forget the race but Nooooooooooooo! I took of in the quad class and about 1/2 way through the first lap as I was coming out of a gully some smuck came flying off the lip and landed his lt500 on the back of my pristine 250R. Apparently his quad also hit me in the lower back and sent me flying out of the ditch and about 25' up on top into a rocky area. I landed on my right hip and am lucky I didn't break it. Anyway when I woke up there were paramedics all around. They took me to the hospital where it seemed I was lucky as no broken bones. After getting home and waiting for the swelling to go down it was discovered that I had a seroma the size of a grapefruit on my hip. After several weeks with it not going away I had surgery to remove it. The surgeon was a great plastic surgeon for bolt on boobs I guess but not used to working with wounds. Anyway long story I had to have it done again and it still is not right. Back problems suck!
  15. So is that why you don't answer your PM's also?
  16. Personally cracks and un-fixed parts would scare me away! If he is not taking care of tires and wheels which are not all that expensive then what is he not fixing? Think I would pass, no run from that one.
  17. In my opinion(biased) you can't go wrong with an alumicraft car. That being said I would look at how old the car is and how hard it's been run. Seems like from the post that it was driven and was a well known car at Glamis. I would hunt around for some feedback to how hard the car has been abused. I would also call John Cooley at Alumicraft and ask him for any info on the car. He is a nice guy and was very helpful when I called him.
  18. I was wondering what Democrat brainwashed you! :shocked2:
  19. As with all horsepower increases the duribality of the engine suffers. I just bought the car in Sept. 05 and during the season I had to replace both head gaskets. Was it because of me or the guy I bought it from? Who knows? The car reportedly has 600 hp and about 420 to the rear wheels. It runs like a scalded ape and I don't know now if I could give up the turbos. The feeling when they come on is unbeliveable! Other than that I wouldn't trade the car for anything cept maybe a little more leg room. And probably not even then!
  20. I don't want to open a political hornet's nest but if the current president had not been elected and Mr. Gore or Mr. Kerry were then we would have lost far more on the enviromentalist side of things then you can ever imagine. Both of those guys have voiced their opinion that they would like to see Americans not use the outdoors and stay in their cities. I for one and not for the enviromental side of things believe in the president and the attempt's we are making at to keep some sembalnce in this country of the American way. Ok I am off my crate now too!
  21. Yes it is the caddy v8, and thank you
