This is my car Scott, I got lucky early on in my search and fell in love with just what I was looking for. It is a nimble powerful car that was well kept and maintained.

Scott, I would say that you have a fair chance of overpaying for something that you really don't need or want. You have to ask yourself these questions to decide what kind of rail your going to want. Do you need more than 2 seats? Are you looking for a duner or whoops or wheelie car or something that does one better than the other? What engine trans are you wanting? If I had to do it over again I might not go with the twin turbo's and given up some performance for durability. each car has it's own + and -. Funco is a great car but some people don't like the air bag susp. etc. I would say get some opinions of people that own the different makes and get some seat time before you buy. I found out afterwards that riding in the car makes my wife feel like puking.If I had known that ahead of time I might not have bought one. ROFLMA like that would have happened!! :shocked2:

My question to you is Why are you in a hurry? This is the best time to spend looking into the possibilities that are out there. There is a off road show in Costa mesa next weekend. Go to it look at cars talk to builders and listen to other's conversations around you. The best time to buy is during the next few months as people decide they want new cars or want to build a new one and are looking to sell te existing one. I shopped around until I felt I knew what I wanted and I rode in a couple of cars and made the decision when I found the right car. I would say that attending the sand sports super show in Sept. was about the most helpful.

1) I would lose 25 lbs just to say I did it. 2) Any ice cream is good for me that's why I need to lose 25 lbs! 3) First car was a 1964 VW bug with a 1967 hopped up motor. Blew it up the first week.

I have always had a 2" over swing arm on my banshee. Never thought the handeling was bad until I added the a-arms and the wider axle along with the axis shocks. Should have done that 10 years ago. Now it handles like a dream but my back is just to shot to spend much time on it. So it's the car and the rhino for me! But I do miss the quad sometimes!

If your interested I have a 1995 Banshee for sale and a Honda 250R forsale. Both of these bikes are well maintained dependable and fast. If you have any intrest let me know?

Maybe just a little . We used to have a biker bar in Henderson and we would go in 2 officers in the front door and 2 more thru the rear door. Amazing the crap that hit the floor when they heard a couple of 12 gauges rack a round. Damm those were the good old days!

I think a short barrelled (legal) 12 gauge pump is the most effective weapon in a in home attack. First it can safely be left unchambered with the safety on and it becomes very difficult for a child to "rack a round". Second I can tell you from experience that when you "rack a round" it makes everybody around pay attention! Third #7 or #6 shot makes a nice hole in whatever it may strike at a close distance but does not have the power to penetrate apartment walls etc. after any kind of distance since it spreads out. Very formidable weapon!

So what was the story with BWW? Just curious as it is a new location and they usually don't make a mess of things this soon. Always liked PT'S better anyway.

Armagosa was a target in the 80's and it will come into their radar again.

Don, take that a little further and look at the base membership for ASA. It is comprised of mostly Glamis users. They also have not been able to accomplish very much in the last several years to get the dunes reopened. Not bad mouthing the group but I truly believe that we have our own battle and we must not depend on them to "help" us out. They have a complete different area,focus and attiude than Dumont users. We can do this but it will take all of us pulling together. just my 2cents worth.

I know power is important but I still have to go back to stopping power. Is the truck your looking at equipped to carry the load your pulling?

Looks like I am going to look for a rhino. I would like a camo and If the price is right I would buy local. If the deal is better out of state that is fine with me. Anybody have a conection on a new or even used Rhino?

Hate to jump this post but I am also in the mortgage business and would like a shot at helping another duner obtain his dream.
