I wouldn't over lift and over wheel/tire that truck. Aftermarket wheels...especially 22's aren't rated for heavy loads. I had a 3/4 ton avalanche sitting on 22's and the wheels got so stressed they cracked where the spokes connected to the hubs. Also it's hard to find an E rated tire at that size that won't break the bank.
Also......put a shutoff valve in the fuel line....then shut it off when your not using the geni. Then drain the gas out of the bowl. There is a philips head screw that is easy to get to. The carbs on onans get destroyed real easy from gas...You will $hit yourself when u see how much they cost!!!!
Joe, I went with maxxis tires...They are great. I got the good guy price, might be able to do the same for you...let me know. I got them at a wholesaler. I'm not sure who sells them in town
I guess that there are a few good things that didn't happen by not going.
1. No gnarly hangover.
2. No broken toys
3. No wounded body parts
Glad everyone had fun!!! :tres hermanos_rock_smiley:
I feel pretty dumb. I'm not sure what Weekend warrior used for the roof on my year(2003). Maybe I should just re-caulk too. I will go through my papers and c what it recommends...thanks guys.. :tres hermanos_rock_smiley:
Just curious if any of you have treated/sealed your hauler/RV roof. If so what did you use. How was the coverage? Any tips or recommendations? I've got to give my trailer some tlc and figured I would do this too. Thanks in advance.....I think... :tres hermanos_rock_smiley:
