  1. I usually avoid these posts, but they are getting out of control. :rant_on: :shout: If you dont like it then 1. dont go 2. do something constructive about it. Posting the same things over and over on this or any other site is not going to change things, stop wasting your time b!tching and do the right thing. Pete, much appreciation to you for trying to keep this board under control and for doing the right things. It sucks that you have to spend so much time addressing the , but you are handling it well.
  2. I have to agree with this one . I started riding last year on Halloween and it has changed so much in my life over this past year . Having my own truck out for the 1st time
  3. I am going to try to make it out for this one. I can offer 3 seats if needed, maybe some people from the NW area? How long is the drive and how long does the meetings usually last? I will be running on no sleep again grave yard can suck .

  7. I do spend most of my time right there next to him, king size bed for just me and the pup .
  8. How old was he? and how much did it cost?
  9. I did research the surgery options and TPLO seems to be the most expensive, but I think they are going to suggest that due to his size, he is about 95lbs. I am debating putting him through surgery again, so I havent decided. He is a senior dog now and I dont know how well he would handle it. He had minor (but emergency) surgery last year and it was very hard for him. He is still mobile and can get around without much problems, he will put weight on it and walk with a limp and he does not seem to be in pain. He cant get into my new truck, so I bought a pet ramp for him. I dont think I will be bringing him on any more dumont trips though.
  10. He is a mutt, but yes he looks a lot like a ridgeback. He is an awesome dog, wish I knew the mix so I could get another just like him.
  11. So it seems that my dog has probably torn the tendon in his knee while chasing a cat in the park. From what I read on the internet this is a common injury for dogs, so I am wondering if anyone here has had ACL surgery for their dogs. He is almost 9 years old , so this is how he spends most of his time :beer_bang: .
  12. I will be headed out at 7am Saturday after working all night , hope I can sneak a nap in somewhere. Oh and I will be bringing out the other part of the circus and maybe some others if they decide to come out.
  13. I dont have a garage so all my work gets done in the back yard, but I just got my quad ready in a friends garage while they watched football and drank beer . Oh and my first time hauling my own bike in my own truck . Wish I had my own garage now .
  14. You cant track the shipping? I hope it makes it in time, that is going to be a costume!
  15. Thanks Pete you all have been so helpful with this situation. I was thinking the same thing, but thought it might help to ask before everyone :rant_on: .
  16. Wont be hard to miss me . I got an estimate for registration and I will get a discount from my current registration which is only a month old but still :boyyy: BUT IT IS SO WORTH IT :boyyy:
  17. I asked the friendly BLM employee non-ranger at the exit during kickoff weekend about the refund process once they have figured out the yearly passes and he said all you had to have was the pass, but the BLM site says "proof of purchase would be shown by return of the pass and showing the receipt with a name or credit card number" when I told him that the site said you had to have a receipt he very kindly said "I work for the BLM so I should know and all you need is this pass, just write your name on it". Just so we dont have a bunch of :rant_on: duners once they start providing the refunds, could we get clarification. Also remember the machines were broken kick off weekend so some people could not get receipts :boyyy: . Just hope this doesn't turn out like the kickoff weekend pass issues.
  18. If he cancels we will be conducting a kidnapping .
  19. I will place my tent on the ground in a spot at your camp. and dont forget the duct tape
