Hopefully more weekend goers will cruise over to help. Great idea especially on the big weekends. Comp needs it. An even better idea would be for people to hand out trash bags at comp at night to prevent the problem in the first place.

I didn't mean cheap as in price. I meant qaulity. I just don't understand why so many people run that conventional CV grease anymore. I don't know what stuff that Bell Ray is, but it sounds like it is thw stuff that breaks down easily under high temp and after a few trips. There are so many brands and names that get thrown around these days when it comes to CV grease. The stuff I am talking about sounds like what andydew is running as well. Talk to Bert (sanddunesaddict). He will tell you all about it too. It is the sh*t and much cheaper than most of the stuff that the "big builders" will swear by. :mischevious: Everyone I know who has ever run it has never had a CV fail from lack of lubrication. You don't have to service your CV's nearly as much with that good thick stuff in there. I'll get a pic of the tube tomorrow at work and post it up.

just a reminder the DDR Meet & greet is Saturday at 2pm @ the south pole. Damn how many beotch's we got in here? :mischevious:

Your biggest investment would be STEELCO grease. It's that really thick stringy red chit. We use it at the dealership on stuff like slip yokes. That chit doesn't break down and holds up under more abuse that our cars could ever put it through. Never used those grease and go spacers, but I guess they make sense if you run the cheaper grease. lol

Hell yea Eric. Looks great. Performance Rhino does some very clean work. Got any before pics of the carnage? haha

Badass! Great job. As for the spindle mounts, don't even sweat it. Me and a many of my buddies I run with all have spindle mount wheels on our cars and they are plenty strong. We put em to the test too. Trust me. lol Now, older design Short Sand Car spindles...that's a different story.

CLEAR mobile broadband works here in Hendo no problem. My sister has it. As for Dumont, I would guess it does but thats just a guess.

Great shot, Eric. How was it out there. Did you boys go tear it up? :freakin_nuts:

Thanks guys. The 1st two were taken along Horizon Ridge...a little closer into town and overlooking the strip. The rest were just outside Boulder City so it was hard to get any decent fog shots from so far away. I wanted get more shots closer into town but didnt want to drive all over the place looking for a better spot.

Great pics and report, cheeseboy! Sucks about the rain, but still looks like a nice chill time out there. Damn, your boy string is gettin big! :freakin_nuts:

Very cool, Mike. Sucks you couldn't make the 70 regatta, but looks like you still had a great time.

Just thought I'd share a few shots I took of last night's fog after the rain stopped. I thought a couple of them turned out pretty cool. Anyone see that spaceship hovering over the LV strip last night? Then all the hotels caught on fire. Looking down Boulder Highway... Looking towards the strip...

We just made our reservation at the compound that weekend. :atc: For those that are going, you need to paypal $50 to Robbie. He manages the compound. The week/weekend rate is $50. You can use paypal by sending the fee to glamissandlord@gmail.com Include your board name and the dates you will be staying. Note: when staying in the compound, you do not have to purchase a Glamis pass for the weekend. Tres will have more details soon on how to register for the regatta.
