I have found that the more people who like a certain popular band, the less I generally appeal to it. I guess some people are different like that. The satelite radio companies are, of course, gonna keep what the larger percentage of audience is.

Here's a couple more things I did so far to hook it up new seat cover and new rod ends. Mine were fuggin SLOPPY and made all kinds of noise when you'd hit bumps. I scored a brand new aftermarket set off ebay for 45 bucks! Not bad either considering new OEM ones through Bike Bandit or wherever would run $45 a piece (x4)! Got the new seat cover installed and degreased the motor... All cleaned up... time for the new rod ends... Like my bike stand? Coleman makes some super bitchen ones. I'm gettin there. Just waiting on the fuel valve/ "hu huh" petcock By Feb 28th it should be DIALED and ready to put the spank on all those ATCs at the regatta! :stir:

You never know. People miraculously recover just fine in cases like this all the time. It is the last thing you could even think about him doing right now (riding), but you can't think about how bad of a condition riding has put him in now. You just have to take it a day at a time and focus on him getting better. Life does go on even after bad accidents like this and people do still ride if it is in their blood. People recover as I'm sure he will. Thanks for the update Michele

Well I JUST about got her dialed in. I got the carb rebuild kit through DRATV.com That place rocks. It was only like 20 bucks. Those old azz seals were junk. wtf was I thinkin trying to re-use them. I guess I was too excited. Got it all back together and no leaks......EXCEPT for the god damn petcock now. It's leaking from the actual valve out the front! WTF! No biggie though. I ordered 2 of em off ebay (brand new for 6 bucks a piece) I love these things! I wish sandcars were this cheap to fix! leaky petcock.... (I laugh every time I say that word "hu hu...hey Beavis......" )

actually the MOST (almost all) LB7 Dmax's that have the injector issues are covered under a special policy up to 200,000 miles...as long as it's not programmed up the azz

woah! Sorry to hear that Michele. It's very scary when you think about how quickly these accidents things can happen. I'll be thinking nothing but positive thoughts for him. Let me know if there is anything I can do for him or his family.

I'm looking to see how many other Busa cars that actually go out to D and dune. Post up any pics you have of yours. Maybe one of these days we could do a mini/ BUSA car round up. How cool would that be? Gotta see how many there are first though.

You don't have to have a 70 to come out. Its basically a DDR get together and we are throwin a bunch of 70's into the mix.
