LOL Dude, your right ups are fuggin great! $3500 for a piano is a smoking good deal! I have tons of memories of my mom and both sisters playing the piano.....mom always wanted me to take lessons but at that time I was "No, thats a girls instrument!" lol Wish I had now though

Mesa Boogie's are great amps. Congrats, make sure he keeps plucking away at it I rarely pick mine up anymore, I've forgotten so many songs and chords its kinda frustrating

one of the great things about guitar center is you can go in there and play all the amps..... I say take him in there and see which one and which effects and features he likes best. I used to spend hours in guitar center when I played regularly
