That's cool for them out there. I think I've met Don before. Did he used to ride around in a Jeep Cherokee or something like that? If it was him the story went like this: My girlfriend Whitney really likes to walk around camp and pick up trash ALOT. Her and I were doing so before headin' home one Sunday last season when a guy pulls up and asked if this was OUR camp. We said, well, yeah. the guy said he has a gift for us, he reached into his vehicle and pulled out a trash pickup grabber. He handed it to Whitney and thanked us for cleaning up the dunes. Now that was really cool. We still have it and Whitney seems to enjoy using it more than riding. Anyways, I think the guy was Don. Thank you guys for the help out there. I heard some amazing statistics of how much trash you and your wife actually haul out of Dumont. The Rhino is an awesome idea for you for many reasons. Congratulations. Pete, nice job on the article. Right on Pete. I just made a donation to Charlie and his family too. I know everything and anything positive will help them out. I know there's a lot of anger in this topic, but I'm sad for everyone involved in this situation. R-

This is very sad to hear. I've been duning for about 22 years or so, and I'd have to say things have changed. The cars and ATVs now are way faster and the hills are more crowded, etc. These changes definately have made it more unsafe out there. I had a close call on friday night that made me think again about shooting the hill on busy weekends. I appologize to the people I put in danger. This kind of thing could happen too easily. All I basically did was follow others for the rest of the weekend. I will be more careful in the future even if it means less holidays and less trips. I pray for Charlie and his family. :praying: R-

Thanks for all the compliments on the pics. Funny thing, When we were there I said, This place makes me feel like a Photographer Pro. I think it's tuff in Hawaii to get a bad picture. Yeah, The sea turtles were in the water when we were down there. We waited for them to take a rest but, nope. So didn't see them up close.
