I agree with most of that. But if you still want it reliable... T-5's, Cool Head w/ 19cc domes, Vforce3 Reeds, K&N Pro Flow intake, and while you are at it doing a top end, might as well bore it 20 over. It will be quick. Will have to run 100 octane. Mines been like this for the last 4 years. I have everything but the bore and am side by side with my buddies modded yfz and I'm fat! (not a typo!) Mine is a 98 with the stock top end. Gotta love that Yamalube at 32:1! It is tired though and still stays side by side. Compression is way low and getting harder to start the first run of the weekend, but after that starts first kick rest of the weekend.

I agree! I love my Toyo MT 38x15.5's Wet traction is great and they are fairly quiet compared to all the other MT's. They even dune good with low air pressure. Ask about me racing quads up Banshee hill! However after the many tranny problems I used to have, I tend not to take the tow vehicle out in the hills to play anymore. It sucks having to get the truck towed back and the trailer towed back.

Yeah, but it makes parking two quads side by side a little difficult is what I was getting at. That is unless he puts the buggy in first and then tries to squeeze the quads in last.

Nope 17'-6" to the first cabinet on mine and Pete's The weekend warrior has more with 20' to the first cab, but the also have wheel wells which mine and Pete's do not. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I agree with Pete that this is an argument that no one will ever agree on. It is like all those ford vs chevy arguments. Everyone has an opinion and it wont always be the same as everyone else's. Lets just pray that the families deal with the loss of their loved one's and that we all know it can happen to anyone. So lets all take a minute to ourselves and pray that the family can stay strong in this time of loss. Lets let them mourn and let them worry about how their loved ones passed. It urks me to see how everyone wants to get into an argument on everything from driver skill to builder choice. LOOK, it was a horrible thing that happened, it could happen to anyone. Lets all keep this in the back of our heads and be careful out there! The way the finger pointing and arguing is happening on this forum lately is exactly what ruined it for me on another well known Dune forum. Enough from me. My prayers go out to the families of Harry and Phil.

It must have been an honest mistake. I know a couple of people that have used Dan to dyno tune there quads. My buddies YFZ runs great and it was done over a year ago. Hope you get it fixed soon and are back up and running for Turkey day! So Dan, are you all healed up from your crash at the night drags?
