just doing 2 things; changing the XM module out for a Sirius one, and there is a alarm installed that isnt working properly i want it working right or removed.

looking for a good stereo/alarm guy here in Vegas to do a few things on the truck anyone have a recommendation.

yea still loving it! tomorrow i get to set up the surius sat. figure out some of the controls and move all the truck stuff in. BPguy--yea the heated seat button is easy to hit and turn on and will cook you but, yesterday i had the heat on for a sore back mussel with the AC blowing full. and i did add the carmax 7 year 100,000 mile warranty the truck was out of factory warranty. pete--yes it is good to be done shopping and i think i ended up with one of the best trucks i looked at. cruzer-- shopping for tow mirrors now going to have make sign for the dash to remind my to look back and check the hauler i will not even feel its there.... and the Red has grown on me i like it now!

well after shopping forever -8 months- i found a truck. 2006 Silverado LT Duramax 4x4 with 34,000 miles. its very clean and has most of the upgrades i would have done aftermarket fuel tank 40+ gallon, tint, exhaust, tires, brake controller. now i need a class on all the buttons and switches and tow mode stuff. it came with every manual for the truck engine and trans. a lot of reading. im very happy red wasnt my first choice but its growing on me. :rainbow1:

wow naked sad to see the bud light theme go just because it was done so nice. but 2 owners later its time to make it your own style. have a color yet?

being someone that has had to go to the top of comp or or out near the north pole to get any signal. i would like to be able to have service in camp . would make checking in with work (to see if i can stay longer) and directing people to camp much easier. so what i like to be spoiled

my Dad has a 1999 chevy suburban that needs a new paint job. the body is straight so i dont think it will need too much prep. he lives in Yuma so he wants to come up here to get it done. any body have a fair priced shop they can recommend?

if work plays out the right way. and im able to hook up the new truck (hope i have a new to me truck soon) to the trailer and head to oregon and then back down the coast. and if work doesnt play out it will be another long summer hibernating in the house. trying to stay cool.

this is more of a mid summer night ride with some people having friendly drag races. in the past racers have arranged some lights for banshee hill. its not a organized event. kind of a flash mob at dumont for a night. and i think you are a bit early on your planning. the season hasnt even ended. but full moon nights have worked in the past.
