great kickoff weekend pulled into dumont about noon thursday with mrbrownsand (ken) and our friend randy. temp was 77 last year was 107! road is bad grade D-. stopped by and chatted with 80grit on the way to the camping spot. had a few nice quad runs and a stop at the north pole so i could log in on my iphone and tease everyone that wasnt there yet. nice cool quiet night. friday was little breezy making it feel very nice. people added to the camp all day long and i spent some time introducing people that was fun went alot like this "rob -randy ah hi" and then the ddr names "80grit-randog oh hey man" some very nice new cars and happy owners. thanks for the ride 80grit i will co-pilot for you anytime. top right side of comp is pretty messed up with the woops and rollers and then the little jagged bowl on top on the right. there will be some carnage up there on halloween. i had trouble reading the dunes until later in the day when there was more shadows. was good to a lot of my sand friends im ready for more good times this year.
