Glad to hear everyone was ok after a little medical attention. Could have been worse. During the Night drags Me and my bro went for a ride and he hit a 3 ft drop off just before the lip of a razor. The Handelbars bent 45* into his chest. knocked the wind and everything else out of him. Had the handle bar indentation for two weeks with pretty good gash. Guess a Chest protector would have helped. When you ride by you would never even notice the drop off was there until you Hit it. Summer time is definitely a dangerous time to run the Dunes. :worthless_without_pics:

Congrats Cole. I picked one up last july finally took it to pismo a week ago. I made a good choice of selling my ranger and getting the VW.

Not sure if this is the same for you but I use to wake up in the middle of the night with my back and legs cramping and in major pain. Finally went to the DR and found out I was Diabetic. Once my blood sugar/ Glucose levels were good I had no more pain. A good Chiropractor is a good thing also. just my

I have been following the Horsepower wars on GD.com for Halloween weekend. I have been pushing towards going to Glamis for that weekend. Dirty White Boy and supreme air are bringing sum sik horse power.

Man O Man. No more stripper poles. I was at glamis last year and I seen plenty of stripper poles. If they do the same job as glamis seems they wont clean up too much but then the only stripper pole I have seen at dumont is Coles . Who needs them at the dunes anyways. Dont we all go to the dunes to ride and relax. I do.

I will be headed to Texas thursday the 1st. For work. Sucks I will miss it this year. I am sure Dumpnt will still be there wjen I get back. May not make it till the poker run.

If you go thru Nephi you went the long way around. I have only been once and had a great time. Killer dunes behind the big Azz hill. Will definitely go again. I can only say do not take the side slope at the top left of sand mountain at a 45* angle. If you do. Do not let off the gas yo will do a superman dive and a double roll. :headspin: :headspin: I know the Emergency Room in Nephi the DR.S treat you real good and have weekly patients. There was a wendys burger joint if you go this way. the only thing there for food. Have fun and send your trip report with pics.

Jorge, I think you should check the Fire forecast along with Air Quality. I do not think you will enjoy the weekend in Arrowhead after 100K of fires been burning and 5% containment.

Just checking to see what everyone is planning on doing over the Labor Day Weekend. I am going to Pismo for 4 Nights cant wait for a relaxing time at the beach with 68-70F weather. Waking up to the sound of the waves... I am also taking my new to me rail out for the first time. Lets here if you are staying at home getting ready for the opening weekend in October or making one last run for the Summer.
