  1. Probably the Tecopa Hot Springs Resort. I'd just fill up at home though. The weight savings is not worth the added time and detour.
  2. Saturday night flipcup... Camp photos from @bp-guy
  3. Saturday sunset cruise. I broke a tab on the way back. We ratchet strapped it up and I stopped of at Sunset hill where most of the group was hanging out.
  4. Quick Saturday afternoon group dune run after Dune Trivia...
  5. Wednesday... We showed up Wednesday night and we already had a few in camp: @sandmandan, @tmerrell, @Josh Weber, & Gary & Cindy. @jalper and @sandrash1 pulled in later that night. We got set up and were ready for the weekend. Thursday There were maybe only 3 other camps out there as the sun came up. Gary made me, Therron and Dan some amazing bloody marys. We all went for an afternoon cruise. Alper didn't get the memo, but we got him on the radio and he found us in no time flat. More people started showing up Thursday afternoon and by Thursday night we had the circle almost completely formed already! @bp-guy brought Sandy and her new boyfriend out and they put on a show. LOL Anna and Tim played with Amanda & Brian's dogs. We had an awesome sunset that night. Anna and Amanda posed for some sunset shots. And a full moon Dan & Amanda hosted a Trip-tip dinner. Holy cow it was good! @Dent boy showed up with his brand new, just barely done in time, twin turbo stroker LS! I'm so stoked he got it done in time. @ItsWeeks showed up and unloaded his Prius. LOL jk, it was parked behind his rig. The smudge pot was lit and that's Thursday!
  6. Thank you Ken. Glad you were able to make it out! Nice to meet you.
  7. Wow, what a fun weekend! Thank you all so much for coming out, contributing, donating, and participating to make Buggy Roundup such a success and a great time. We had right about 50 cars total and a really fun group as always. I think we served about 120-130 people on taco night! Please post up your photos and highlights here. I will add more when I recover from the weekend. haha I'm exhausted!
  8. Just kidding. That's what @sandmandan said when he sent me this pic of a film crew on the finger dune on Wednesday. Pretty cool! Gonna try to go get more pics. It's still over there, but they're wrapping it up today.
  9. We pulled in last night and had some cool, but nice weather. @sandmandan, @Josh Weber, Gary, and @tmerrell we're already here and set up for the weekend. We had some good laughs around the fire. Buggy Roundup is underway and looking great so far. There's probably only 5 other camps out here. The sand is a little damp but not wet. Should be a nice weekend!
  10. If anyone wants to donate ahead of time in order to get some raffle tickets, just use the donate link and print or show us the page from your phone how much you donated. You'll get a raffle ticket for every $5 donated or 5 for $20. We've got some cool stuff to give away. Cash is also accepted of course. I just wanted to give everyone an electronic method. https://www.dumontduneriders.com/invision/donate/
  11. Perfect! Stoked to meet and see everyone. I'm starting to wonder if 200 tacos will be enough. LOL Might have to go back to Costco for more tortillas.
  12. Well if they don't RSVP, they ain't getting tacos! LOL I'm going off of what we have on the list for a headcount. Hopefully there's enough. I will be hitting the Mexican market tomorrow. Costco is already done. I think we're good on griddles. We have at least 3 large ones. Bring tables if you have any. They will help for places to eat.
  13. Sounds good! Glad to see so many first timers are making it this year.
  14. Mark your calendar for the next Dumont cleanup. It's Saturday March 14th, 2020.
  15. 3-14-20 Sorry, I'll get it on the calendar now
  16. I never heard from anyone over Thanksgiving whether or not the service was any better yet so we don't know if it kicked in just yet. I guess we'll find out this weekend.
  17. The weather forecast is looking stellar! https://weather.com/weather/tenday/l/USCA1133:1:US
  18. Time of year really doesn't seem to make any difference but in the past we haven't had any for Buggy Roundup.
  19. BTW, our Sunday Dumont tradition is champagne and/or mimosas so bring a bottle or three if you'd like to join in on that.
  20. It really depends what kind of riding you want to do and how far you want to drive. Duck Creek Utah has places you can stay & ride (in the summer) where there are tons of SxS trails.
