Well? Seriously though! These things happen EVERY holiday weekend and it is so predictable. Then everyone gets on the forum and b*tches about it like it is something that has never happened before. :chug: Sorry if I seem like I came off harsh. Did I hit a sore spot or something guys? True, but you have to be a little outgoing as well. It's hard to talk to everyone though. Hell, I tried but there just wasn't even enough time to chat with every person there. I agree more people should walk around more and get to know each other, but everyone isn't that social at times. Just keep coming out to future ones and eventually you will end up meeting lots of peeps. I think it might help if everyone posted up their pic in that "show your pic" thread in the meet & greet section of the forum or at least had it in their profile like some do. That way you at least knew who everyone is even if you haven't met in person before. Just a thought. :shocked2:

Chit happens when you are around horsepower and lots of people. He should have been a little more conscience of the people around him, but accidents happen. Warrior it was Presidents Day weekend at Dumont...ya know...an azzhat holiday. You gotta expect them anywhere there are thousands of people.

Dawn (his mom) said he isn't allowed to ride due to his brain injury. I think he was able to ride in the buggy with his helmet on, but he needs to be extremely careful for a while to allow for healing.

I can't believe how some people get THAT wrapped up in a person on the internet. I think some people get disillusioned while looking at the moniter and think that it is some fantasy land on the other end. Then in real life they can't handle it. Sorry to hear that though. I'll gaurantee you one thing though...it won't last for them. Healthy relationships (whether it be just friends or more serious than that) can only be established IN PERSON. RC had some pretty good advice. I'd figure out a way to just go your separate ways. Life goes on and you'll find a way to get back on your feet in no time.

That was a big misunderstaing when it first came about. There were only plans to lay down the recycled asphalt to reduce the amount of dust. It did help for a while, but that layer of asphalt has kinda diminished and mixed up with the dirt. Hopefully the BLM can get the bid on the I-40 project to get more recycled asphalt to do it again. According to the BLM, there aren't ANY plans to ever pave it.

It wasn't the guy in the pic. This guy was climbing the hill near the Jeep races. That's cool to hear that those guys helped you out though. That's what most duners are all about. :angry2:
