Vegashd Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Robbie is a crazy nut, whats next for him The truck flip was close enough for me. He did say he has a trick in the works that is BIGGER and BETTER then both this years and last years jumps... :hungry: Quote
lindernglamis Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 I was at the maddison jump, was pretty sweet to watch it in person. He almost crashed jumping down to the ramp! Quote
tylerthehucker Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 i was at the robbie jump in person too. when i first looked at the ramp it didnt look too over the top. but when he actually jumped it :hungry: and you could compare the size of him on the bike to the actual height he was jumping, holy chit. it was HUGE. :ah: its also kind of funny to hear the crowd when he went down. silence for a second........... then screaming out of control. i cant believe he made it Quote
Raptor0206 Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 (edited) yeah i was there to, i knew the jump down was going to be the hard part. If you watch the videos he didn't even give it gas just coasted off, the landing ramp was way to steep and i still don't understand the double roller landing ramp. To me that's what make him get all out of control on the landing. The best part was his Girlfriend she was smoking hot. We went down there a few days later and stood at the base of that thing he jumped onto and its defiantly taller in person! I'm glad i watched Robbie the truck jump looked blah from the big screen we watched it on, on the strip. O yeah i cant believe how the party stopped like a hour after the new year.
