The way it sounds is the pitbull got in your yard. but if your dog was walking around and wandered into the other dogs yard, then well.... ill leave it at that.. sorry to hear about the loss of the dog though. that sucks. So, this brings me to a point I made earlier... why do people let their dogs run loose at Dumont??? All Pres Day weekend we saw loose dogs all over the place. We were out walking our dog when another dog came running full speed towards us and got into a fight with one of our dogs. Luckily, the owners were really cool and he usually is on a leash - just got loose for a moment. No one got hurt, just startled. However, people think it's okay to let their dogs run around not only their camp, but other people's camps too. And some dog peed on our truck's rims!
