motoxman30 Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 The prices are going to stay pretty close to where they are now from what I've been reading.....the reason? so dealers can gain some profit they lost when the barrel was high....Bastards!!!! well its been droppin close to 10 cents a day and still droppin they say the speculators lost billions of dollars and wont be able to recover for another year because of the stock market...alot of the dealers actually went out of business chevy had to close down one of their main truck factorys in michigan and ford had to halt their production on the new Raptor comin out cuz the gas prices were so high and no one wanted to buy somethin with low gas mileage the price per gallon was $1.55 last time the price per barrel was at $50 it would be nice to see it go under $2 Quote

Most i have seen at any one dealership is one maybe 2 used diesels.. and half the time they are stripped 2wd's ugg.. Quote

IF YOU BUY..offer to pay gas and food for the day anyway...and look and bid til your hearts content. i bought two cars this way when i was younger. let me know what youre looking for and i can keep and eye out here for you too :dumbass: Quote

Should lower gas and diesel buy at least 15 cents a gal. at the pump in Feb. Refinery strike may throw a wrench into that. Strong talk of that happening. Not good. Quote
