  1. As with anything, try the easiest stuff 1st. Try unpluging (power down) for awhile then replug and check manual for a reset. Also if you have blue screen you might have bumped a remote button and changed source/input. Check your actual source too, sat receiver, cable box etc. good luck
  2. You know that's a ...... NAH, not gonna do it, don't wanna be considered for the position of resident azzhole. But that is pretty funny sandseeker
  3. Dang, sounds like whips and chains might be in his future :dumbass:
  4. You could change your name to Rick :dumbass: :?:
  5. So new injectors your mileage dropped, and after some mileage improved? You'ld think new clean injectors would help, at least not worsen your mileage. Maybe carboned up restricts fuel flow My Moho get's 10.5 +- towing but I can be a lead foot.
  6. Shouldn't he have the benefit that a common criminal is given? The right to be judged by a jury of his "peers"? OK, let's see, there's Dunefreak and Ragdoll (outstanding credentials) and ... um, oh, ISBB of course, and probably wingnut as ISBB so thoughtfully pointed out, and I can at least be an alternate. Hmmm, wonder if this post will bump me up from alternate.... :dumbass:
  7. The pics are probably copyrighted and no need providing documented proof in the archives so here's a link to an awesome pic just as an example of HDR. http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=4920356&size=lg
  8. I'll try to explain it, uh, naaahh, boring and too much work to do it, lol.
  9. You might have a reason to pen GoPro rule #1- When shooting video in a vehicle use a safety lanyard attached to the vehicle. and if you can't see the cam while driving use a long lanyard with slack attached so you can see the slack, if you lose slack the cam is dangling by the lanyard :dumbass:
  10. Off-topic but noticed your new avatar Paul, wasn't that for sale here and is it yours now? No holdin out now :worthless_without_pics:
  11. And about the only thing that helps a little is polarized sunglasses.
  12. Not to mention only 1 tiedown on the front and back
  13. Is there enough light to use the 1.4 ? You should try doing some HDR with bracketed exposures. I haven't done true HDR, I don't have a tripod yet but been looking. I fake HDR with tweaked copies and cloning. I think using neutral density or gradient filters is along the same lines but without actually increasing the dynamic range. The more I read the more I realize how much more there is to learn
  14. This is the pic that inspired my remark and check out the rear smootie Gonna have to do a "Dog/vlx" photo shoot
  15. I'll 2nd that wow! Better put some wheelie bars on that wing
  16. My Dometic stopped working last year and considering the cost of a replacement fridge I replaced the cooling assembly with a rebuilt unit, they build new evaporator sections for the units as that's the part that usually rust out. Yours is a leaky boiler section but is probably a good core anyway. Their website is www.rvcool.com/ . My 2 door replacement unit was $480, a new fridge is probably 2-3 times that.

Like what they said, WD-40. Went on a July 4th weekend with a bike and buggy, sprayed both all over, nobody else did. Next trip to Dumont they had rust and only the paint bare places on my exhausts and bars had any trace of rust, didn't spray the bars and the exhaust cooked off the WD-40.
  18. Kinda hard to tell, the pic didn't upload right. But from what I see you are styling
  19. She is Harry's wife and he's pissed and lookin for ya! :clown:
  20. Good thing they "approved" the name since they were called Dumont and Dumont Dunes at least back to 1906 or we might be calling them Feinstein dunes or worse, if that's possible. Government at work
  21. I'm assuming NPS is National Park Service but the Amargosa from Dumont dunes to Tecopa is outside the park. Besides, the "L" in BLM is LAND
  22. If the bridge was where the tracks crossed to the east side (right) going toward Tecopa, yes, I was right there in the 1st pic. The cattle were at a wide area just after the fork (Tecopa/China Ranch) toward Tecopa.
  23. Are you referring to the military control airspace or is ACEC area of critical environmental concern? The airspace at that time had a 3000 ft ceiling.
  24. Did have, 21+ yrs ago. Quicksilver MXL 2 seater
  25. Thanks Pete 1st time I flew up there I tripped on China Ranch, middle of nowhere and down in this gulch is probably 20 ac or more of date palms and green pasture. Fifty ft back from the edge on top and you'ld never even see it. oh yeah, the big monkey head in the hole in the wall pic, Harry Henderson!
