My buddy Jason is there now. Jason owns Temper Mental Racing (TMR) and builds and races these off road trucks. He just finished and sold a truck that is in this race and they asked him to go down and help, so he's a big part of their crew down there. His wife has been sending updates of their progress. Yes, an FMU is required to increase fuel pressure under boost by cutting off the fuel return line flow. Also you'll need a "missing link". it goes under the map sensor. it's basically a check valve. Not totally sure what exactally Carl was taking about, but I know those two are needed for the system. I agree with what Terry said about business and knowledge. Our group has bought quite a bit of stuff from Carl. He's helpped us many times. Carl has a great deal of knowledge and is a great asset to your team. I'm running a 3.5L honda with a T4 turbo. stock compression, stock ECU. 10 lbs boost. 110 octane Race fuel MINIMUM. My last motor lasted 7 years. There's 5 turbo 3.5L hondas in our group and we've all had great luck with them. Might wanna get a hold of Carl at Vtec performance. He knows these motors and turbos. He'll have most all ur answers. That was an awesome trip. We were there from Thursday evening till Tuesday morning. I was lovin my new motor in the car. It ran great. Stoked to have all my power back. lol. Special thanks to Krusty and LouB for helping me get it together. Awesome peeps in camp and some great dune rides. Great to be out there and see some of my DDR peeps again. We did take it easy in the dunes due to congestion. There were a few close calls like Dunefreak mentioned. More than I remember in the past. Was kinda tough to put together smooth lines at times with all the duners out in the dunes these days. It still was a blast though. :driver: :driver: My son Ryder continues to make me a very proud dad as he was rippin around camp on his little 50cc quad for the first time all by him self. We had a great time, so I just wanted to thank everyone involved in our weekend. R-

I've been pretty lame this season. Only went out three times and one of those was Glaaaaamis. Best trip of the season was the Regatta. So many cool peeps and way too much damn fun. Blew my buggy motor that trip and haven't even pulled it apart to see whats up. So, I selected that I'm done, but I'll be back next season for hopefully more than three trips. R-

Right on! Thank You God This is great news. Sorry he has had to deal with this, but the avenues that were looked down were scarry. Al is by far one of the nicest, most generous, just all around greatest guy you could ever meet. He is one that would not think twice about giving you the shirt off his back. Check it >>>> " Legs are sore as all hecko." Am I really the only one? We brought Whitney's mom Robyn (Ryder's Grammy) out this trip for her first time in the dunes. She had a great time and was amayzed at everyone, the whole event, and dune sport all together. Whit, Ryder and I had a great time too. Awesome Regatta. Thank You Pete and Anna, Cole, Skinner ,Donnky, BaBert, Woods and Shanna, Smokin Al's crew, All the donations, and everyone that helped make the whole event turn out the way it did, AWESOME! Oh man, we really had a blast this time. I remember feeling this stoke after every regatta. I never did get my other atc together for this regatta, but I'm extra motivated now. (so maybe I'll get started on it soon ). Everything ran great except the buggy. Lost compression on one of my cylinders. Krusty and I checked it out and seems like a broken valve spring at this point. Kinda bummed I couldn't enjoy them smooth dunes more with it, but wasn't planning too much dunin' anyways. I was extra stoked to just be chillin' with so many of my dune friends again. Missed the ones that didn't make it out and Praying for those that actually couldn't. We all really missed you Al. You tought Brian and the crew very well. they did an awesome job for you Bud. Just wanted to thank everyone for the great time and looking forward to pics and videos foe schizzz. R-

My Droid2 downloaded an update about 2 months ago and me NO likey. 1. It added the home button toggle, so you can view all the home pages or just the main home page. (pain in the arse) I dont see a reason to view (icons) of ur home pages. 2. It also jacked up all my text pics. When I view my text messages there are only two pics that come up for ALL the messages. Makes it tough to tell what the messages really are unless you open them. 3. it is way slower since. But that might be cuz 3g is getting old and loaded down. Chit! I don't know. I ain't no phone GooRoo by no means. Just a dog. lol R-
