my trucks...

gassers

97 Tahoe: 152K

96 Z71: 135K

diesel

05 DMax 42K

Still haven't got rid of any of em. They are all going strong.

I'd say it depends on how good of shape the truck is in and how much it starts to become a money pit when its time to say bye bye. :laughoff::D

I got 95k on my 99 Super-poopy but it runs like a champ. I planned on driving it into the 250k range. Is that crazy?

Not crazy at all. For as much as they get for these effen diesel trucks these days they BETTER go 250K or I'd be pissed.

Hell yeah.

Check this out...

I just now replaced the spark plug wires, cap, rotor, etc on the Tahoe at 152K! :laughoff: Come to find out the misfire I was chasing was only a worn out distributor gear. I could have left those ORIGINAL wires, cap, and rotor on that badboy. :flipoff:

The Z71 still has original plug wires and injectors at that mileage too.

They both run real strong.

I figure if they are paid for, why not keep em. I'm not gonna get anything for em anyways. :flipoff: Drive em till they die!

Well the 79 is more of a toy than a truck in my eyes. :laughoff: I think it has like 220 or 230K on it though. :laughoff::laughing:

23k on my 04 F-250 (V-10)...

Does anyone have any recomendations on when to change out tranny fluid and rear end fluid...? I was shooting for 25k to change the tranny fluid, but I was wondering if I should do it sooner or more often since I tow a lot.

05' F250 6.0l diesel = 23.5k miles

06' 350Z 3.5l gas = 12.5k miles

04' Hotrails race gas = 98.3k dunes

90% of the truck miles are to and from Dumont.

The Z miles are from my 4mile trip to work and an occasional Vegas trip. :laughoff:

The Hotrails spends most it's time in Dumont. :flipoff:

I'm not planning on gettin' rid of any of them any time soon. I hope. :flipoff:

I did buy the 7year warantee on the 6.0l.

Sorry, some of this was Off Topic. :laughoff:
