Pete, I was just at Figgs Performance and they sell Odessy but only have a 1200 in stock. Said he could have one in one day if you call them. Just an FYI.

Wrong topic! But thanks. It's holding a charge and doesn't look like I need one anymore. :)

4 more days till im driving my buggy!

You have got to be SO stoked. I remember when I drove my first car for the very first time. When I got back to camp I just sat there almost shaking with a gigantic smile on my face. I was so happy! I couldn't pay attention to anything else the rest of the day. The dunes were forever changed for me in the best possible way.

I took my sand car to Rotary Evolution yesterday, compression is good and everything checks out. Good news the timing was way off so I picked up more power adjusting the timing but the bad news is the Webber carbs are too fat and not allowing for full power or revs. I cant get a jet kit in time so ill just take it as it is. Its down about 50hp he said!!! Im about to load it up in the hauler and start packing up! So stoked!

I'm thinking late afternoon on Saturday we should get a group photo while out on a dune run. Maybe FE135 can offer his services? :pics: Otherwise I can bring my tripod. Or he should get in there too for a photo. He's always on the other side of that camera.

Anyone interested in weighing there buggy. I might bring my scales.

Hell yeah. That would be sweet! Maybe we can make a drinking guessing game out of it.:laughing:

we are going and parking behind bath 9 where will everyone be at,

Your welcome to camp with the group. That the point of this trip, but either way looking forward to duning with ya.

I made this the other day. I guess this would be a good time to post it up.

you will have to make sure your on level ground with some good plywood under the scales to be accurate weights but it would be close

I actually weighed 3 buggies In the direct sand and at the shop on cement and it was off only 7llbs. With the 4 scales over each tire it doesn't have to be flat but a hard surface helps yes.

Hell yes I would like to weigh mine too!

Anyone else leaving Thursday mid day from Vegas? Ill be leaving Blue Diamond and El Capitan and going towards Pahrump and over.

Only if work is dead, but this week has been steady so I'll probably be leaving later Thurs night.
