JoeDuner Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 I just went to get my propane tanks re-filled and the super friendly refill engineer said it's a no go!!! My tanks have expired. Where do I get this done, preferably in the south part of town? Or, is it better to just buy new tanks? I'm pretty sure they are the 7.5 gallon tanks. Quote
dunefreak Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Same thing happened to me with one of mine. They couldn't identify the date so they said no way. New tanks are about $90 each from Johnny Walker RV. The gas station/ propane guy said you can exchange them. My question is where. Quote

Should be OK for this weekend running on a single tank. Looked them up and it's like $80 for a new tank at Home Depot. I guess they need to be replaced anyway, date on them is 2005. Quote
