There are some HUGE witches eyes and rollers at the top that will swallow up a car....even a long travel! :ah: Fri night (Oct 3rd) those things caused a pretty bad accident up there with a sandcar. I guess the car went up the middle then turned right. As he came across and down the hill the car he hit them pretty hard and crashed. Aceisback was there shortly after it happened. He said he thinks it went over, but all the tires were busted off the beads and the 2 in the car were pretty badly hurt. Driver was holding his head and the passenger couldn't move her legs and was crying. I hope they are ok. The helicopter came for them that night following the wreck. Take extra caution out there guys. These dunes change constantly, especially after summer. They don't LOOK that bad, but they are huge! These are crazy... Thats horrible I went out there about 2 weeks ago and noticed the big rollers, the witches eyes wern't there tho. I was looking at last years pictures of Comp Hill ... Wow!! I cant believe how different Comp is this year!! Looks like Banshee Hill may be the new Comp for now.... I was still pretty new and didn't exactly know what to loo for. But, I've been there awhile now and totally avoid that side of Comp.
